Downtown with a VIEW! Not often does an opportunity come to stay in downtown with convenience to shops and nice dining. Quaint, with a little touch of English cottage, you'll love looking off of the rear deck over the valley below and far-away views in the distance of Sand Mountain. Accommodation for four, king and two twin beds, full kitchen with coffee maker and cookware. Enjoy making memories at the outdoor wood fire pit area or take a short walk to see more of Mentone.

We are available 24/7 if you need anything during your stay. Please contact us through the booking site in which you booked for one of our team members to respond promptly.
Our office hours are 9am-5pm CT. For after office hours communication/emergencies, please call/text your host, Seth. If we do not answer immediately, leave me a voicemail or text me and we will get back with ASAP.

Located on Cool Street which is a popular walking street for Mentone along the Brow (mountain edge of Lookout Mountain) and ends at Brow Park. There are neighbors to the left and right of the home. Cool Breeze Cottage is a short walk to Downtown Mentone where there are local artisan shops and restaurants.

Guest have access to the entire home during their stay.


Inside Cool Breeze Cottage are 2 bedrooms, 1 King Bed with private bathroom and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.
Off the back of the home is a screened in porch and an uncovered back porch overlooking the valley. Fire pit in the front yard of the home.

first time to do this and left me with great feeling about doing it again.
The only complaint we had was no lighting in driveway. Very hard to determine at night with trees and concrete wall. Other than that excellent stay. Thank you again for all the patience you took with me booking for my first experience!!!

Great cottage; Awesome view!
The property was great. The view was amazing. The pictures online were great, but the actual property far exceeded the pictures. This was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. We couldn't have been more pleased.
