Farm Getaway with hot tub and private indoor heated pool

Relax and experience farm life on a working 34 acre horse farm just 5 miles from Spokane's south hill. Five bedroom, four bath house with huge deck for entertaining and beautifully landscaped lawn. Take a hike in the woods and visit the horses along the way. The Latah Creek golf course is just 5 minutes away for those looking for a golf outing.

After a day of adventures, you will return to a peaceful, spacious home where you can enjoy the pool table, relax on the deck next to the gas firepit, or curl up with a book in the living room which also features a 65in smart TV.

Gather on the large outdoor deck to enjoy the amazing weather, outdoor dining, a gas fire pit, and a huge backyard that is perfect for playing fetch with your furry family member. Later on enjoy the evening in the hot tub or take a dip in the indoor pool.

If you want to bring a horse along we offer pasture right in front of the house along with many options for trailering to amazing horse rides in the nearby area.

This is a perfect venue for group gatherings such as family reunions, memorial gatherings, graduations and other occasions. However there will be an additional $100 charge for the event to cover wear and tear on the house and disposal of garbage generated from said event.

During the winter season, November to April there will be a $100 pool heating charge.

Home in the Palouse
Gorgeous area, pastures in front and park-like landscaping in back yard. The house itself is older and needs updating. We opened a closet and the door came off. A lamp shade was so old that when we turned in the light, it fell off. Mice ate through our trailmix bag, found mice remnants in the kitchen. The pool table had no chalk. The swimming pool had no indications of depth. There were too few towels. For a home with 5bedrooms and listed for 10 people, there were only 8 place setting of dishes. Only 2 glass mixing bowls. LOTS of silverware, thank goodness. I didn't know there was a sunken living room. If I missed reading this, my bad, but I don't remember. There was a fall, with black eye that occured. I would not recommend this for olders. Having rented MANY homes, I was disappointed. It got us through graduation weekend, so did the job. Its in an absolutely gorgeous setting. Getting to see the horses was lovely. The house itself could be so much more.

Perfect place to relax with your horse for a layover
I stayed at this property as a "layover" between events with my horse. It was absolutely perfect and I will definitely book it again next year if it's available! I have done this particular trip 4 times and I've always had to stable my horse somewhere else. This is the first time I was able to just sit out on the deck and watch my horse graze. We both got the rest we needed for the next leg of our trip. The house is absolutely stunning and has everything anyone would ever need. The views are also spectacular. Can't say enough good things!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were 4 couples, the guys golfed every day and the wife’s went to the casinos. This home is by lots of golf courses and between 3 great casinos. We will definitely by back next year.

Gorgeous Escape
This house was absolutely perfect for accomodating our family over the Gonzaga Graduation weekend. We were traveling with our parents with mobility issues so it was great to have 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms on the main floor. The property is gorgeous. The back deck was relaxing and serene with the sounds of an amazing water feature. The kids LOVED having a pool in the house and visiting with the horses. It is a bit of a drive from the city but SO worth it.

Tennis tournanent weekend
Our men’s tennis team stayed up here for the weekend and everything was just so nice. An indoor pool which was heated and a great hot tub! Hosts let us check in early which was great as we had an early match at 1 PM. Everybody got great rest and was very happy with the house.

We rented this house for a wedding and enjoyed our stay. It was a spacious house and perfect for a large family group. The hosts were responsive and helpful. There are 2 queen bedrooms downstairs with a family room and large bathroom, along with pool and hot tub access. The rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs.

We had a great time at Kiesling Acres. Pool was a chilly 65 but it didn’t stop the kids from playing. The pool table and downstairs area is nice. The owners were great about communicating and welcomed any needs we had. Overall we would be back.

We had an Amazing time at this beautiful house! The kids went swimming nearly everyday and we pet the horses regularly. The house is large and accommodated our 2 sets of grandparents an uncle and our family of 5 very nicely! The kitchen is large and easy to share when cooking meals! My daughter loved the farm cats that would come by in the evenings. And one day a cow even came for a visit and the kids were very excited about that! We very much enjoyed our stay and if we are ever in the area again we would happily rent this home!

Fantastic weekend
We loved our stay !!!! This is for sure a country living house. We loved the seclusion. Pool was awesome ! There are lots of spiders around inside and out. Not a huge bother for us but if you aren’t a fan just bring a friend to move them outside :) Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Family Stay
Nice location! Outside of town, but only 10 minutes to Target and 20 minutes to downtown Spokane. We were able to enjoy downtown, but come back and relax in the quiet. The hosts are easy to communicate with and replied very quickly with any questions. Norm was around working on a barn and took time to speak with us about the property and horses. The pool is a nice feature and was enjoyed by everyone. Overall, the property and some items are a bit dated (some stains on kitchen washrags, dull carrot peeler, type of things) but clean and plenty of space for everyone! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this location. Thanks for a great stay!

A Farm Experience
My family had a great time at this property. The pool was a hit especially with the slide. The grandchildren enjoyed visiting the horses and gave them names they deemed fitting. It was convenient to restaurants, shopping and activities. Spending a day at Silverwood and renting a boat on Lake Couer D’Alene were highlights. We had a very nice week’s vacation. We would stay there again.

Long weekend family wedding
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the ranch! Just far enough out of the city but close enough for family events, golfing and shopping. We have our own horses at home and made the rounds multiple times a day to pet the horses and watch people riding and working their horses. The house was very large and open so we were never crowded and the pool, hot tub and pool table were used often. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

We have stayed at several VRBO properties and this one is, by far, the absolute best!!! The property had everything we could possibly want. My husband and I were there with 3 teenage grandsons. We had several outings planned for them, yet they had more fun at the house with the pool, hot tub and pool table, as they did with anything else we did. We enjoyed petting the horses who live at the farm. Sitting on the deck in the morning and evening was my absolute favorite thing to do. The house is huge! Each boy had their own room with one to spare. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Towels were plentiful. We cooked several meals, including hamburgers on the outside grill. There were more than enough pans, cooking utensils and anything else we needed. There were even spices in the cabinet. A really nice surprise was the ice maker, because I love lots of ice! Norm and Lisa are wonderful people and even came to visit us one evening. We enjoyed visiting with them. When I originally planned the trip, we were going to take our furbaby. Unfortunately, she couldn't go with us, and they graciously refunded the pet deposit. I really can't say enough good things about this property. Everything was perfect!! If we are ever in that area again, I would definitely try to stay here again.

Very clean property. Owners very easy to deal with. The pool is fantastic. It is a long way from downtown Spokane or Northern Spokane so depending on why you're going to Spokane that's either a plus or not. The house is roomy and has all the towels and kitchen equipment You'll Ever Need

Short but sweet visit
We stayed in town for a wedding, so it was only for 2 nights. There was plenty of room and activities at this location. It's an older house, but there are a lot of wonderful touches done to this house. The pool and pool table was fun. We went out in the mornings to visit the horses. Norm and Lisa are very pleasant hosts. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The only thing that we couldn't find here is a hairdryer. However, i would 100% stay here again... I'll just remember to bring my own.
