Fantastic colonial-style house, from the 19th century. Garden of 24,200 m2 with warm terraces, porch at the entrance and a pleasant. Mediterranean forest. Barbecue, swimming Pool (10 x 5 m), rest spaces with tables, chairs and bench, ping pong and swings.

Very well communicated house. 3 km from Valls, capital of distrcit, 21 km from Tarragona and 100 km from Barcelona. It has a large dining room, well-equipped kitchen and 6 comfortable rooms.

Desde la llegada hasta la salida, pasando por la estancia ha sido todo muy cĆ³modo y con una atenciĆ³n inmejorable tanto por RURALVERD como por MarĆ­a, la dueƱa de la casa. La ubicaciĆ³n tiene acceso cĆ³modo y se encuentra en zona tranquila. Hay q tener presente que hay mĆ”s casas cerca por lo que no la recomendarĆ­a para fiestas que puedan molestar a vecinos relativamente cercanos. Si no es ese el objetivo de la reserva, la verdad que es muy recomendable la estancia.

Das Inventar ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise nicht sonderlich gepflegt. Kaputte StĆ¼hle und Kinderschaukeln im AuƟenbereich, kaputte GerƤte in der KĆ¼che und teilweise defekte Moskitonetze, was bei der MĆ¼ckenplage zu schlaflosen NƤchten gefĆ¼hrt hat. Das eine Badezimmer war durch die total verschimmelte Dusche eine Zumutung. Die anderen zwei BƤder waren ok. In der Beschreibung wurde nicht erwƤhnt, dass es sich bei dem einen Schlafzimmer um ein Durchgangszimmer handelt, von dem vier weitere Schlafzimmer abgehen. Dies machte die Zimmeraufteilung sehr schwierig. Die sehr nahe Autobahn war immer deutlich zu hƶren. Trotz allem hatten wir einen schƶnen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war freundlich und unkompliziert. Schlafzimmerangehen

Excelente casa, excelente jardĆ­n.
Sitio ideal como punto de partida para muy interesantes visitas: Poblet, Montblanc, Vallbona... Muchas escaleras para acceder a las habitaciones del segundo piso. La casa,la cocina...dispone sobradamente de cuanto se necesite.

Villa agrƩable
La villa est fonctionnelle et peut accueillir jusqu Ć  13 personnes. Les lits m ont semblĆ© courtsā€¦ cela ne posant pas de problĆØme puisque les enfants ont y dormi dedans; par contre si vous faites plus de 1m80, Ƨa semble petit. Avec la forte chaleur, les propriĆ©taires nous ont mis Ć  disposition des ventilateurs. Le plus de cette villa est forcĆ©ment la piscine qui est trĆØs trĆØs agrĆ©able, qui a fait le bonheur aussi bien des grands que des petits. A 20 min de tarragone et Ć  30 min des criques de tarragone, si on veut sortir de la villa, il y a de quoi faire. Merci beaucoup Ć  Maria pour son accueil.

prachtig verblijf
de prachtige villa ligt in een grote mooi onderhouden tuin met talrijke zit-en eetplaatsen en een groot zwembad waar het zalig vertoeven was na een daguitstap. De buitenkeuken leende zich uitstekend voor een barbecue. De villa zelf is wegens zijn authenticiteit (met originele kapel ) en charme Ć©Ć©n om nooit te vergeten. wij hebben volop genoten van de rust en de mogelijkheid om mits een half uurtje rijden de drukte van de kust op te zoeken.

MalgrĆ© une nuisance sonore d'un chien errant qui aboie la nuit au pied de la maison, nous avons passĆ© un trĆØs bon sĆ©jour dans cette grande maison adaptĆ©e pour un groupe d'amis. Le parc autour de cette maison est exceptionnelle par son calme et sa beautĆ©. La piscine a Ć©tĆ© trĆØs agrĆ©able au vu des hautes tempĆ©ratures.

Nos hemos alojado aquĆ­ mis padres, mi mujer, mi hijo y yo solo dos noches, pero habrĆ­amos quedado para siempre. La casa y la finca son una maravilla, las camas muy cĆ³modas, no falta de nada en la cocina, pero sobre todo el trato con los dueƱos ha sido muy familiar y nos sentimos como en casa. HabĆ­amos pensado visitar mĆ”s sitios en la zona a parte de Tarragona y Valls pero estĆ”bamos tan cĆ³modos en la casa que decidimos pasar mĆ”s tiempo alli que en los alrededores. Si buscas algo especial para tu viaje, aquĆ­ lo encontrarĆ”s.

Magnifique villa typique
C'est une trĆØs belle demeure. Nous y avons passĆ© un trĆØs bon sĆ©jour. Les propriĆ©taires sont a l'Ć©coute. La villa est encore plus grande de ce qu'elle parait sur les photos. Chaque salle de bain dispose de son ballon d'eau chaude ce qui permet Ć  tout le monde de prendre sa douche sans problĆØme. L'espace extĆ©rieur est trĆØs beau et trĆØs bien amĆ©nager. Plusieurs terrasses sont disponibles, cuisine extĆ©rieur. La piscine est trĆØs agrĆ©able. Nous la recommandons Ć  tout notre entourage et prĆ©voyons de la louer de nouveau ! Elle est trĆØs bien placĆ© Ć©galement on accĆØde rapidement Ć  Tarragone, La Costa Dorada et 1h15 de Barcelone.

Wunderschƶnes und gerƤumiges Anwesen
Als Gruppe von 12 Freunden hatten wir eine tolle Zeit! In 25min ist man mit den Auto an schƶnen StrƤnden, die gar nicht touristisch sind. Am Pool kann man es sich aber auch gut gehen lassen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die AuƟenkĆ¼che eignet sich super zum grillen oder paella machen. Wir waren begeistert. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen Ć¼berdachten Bereich, dort kann man auch bei Regen drauƟen essen, oder eben drinnen im groƟzĆ¼gigen Esszimmer. Mit dem Auto ist man in einer Stunde in Barcelona. Auch den Freizeitpark Portaventura im 20km entfernten Taragona sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Es ist wohl der grĆ¶ĆŸte Freizeitpark Europas und hat von 10 -24 Uhr geƶffnet. Riesige Achterbahnen und atemberaubende Shows! Wir hatten einen super Urlaub hier!
