The property itself is a little dated but the staff were fantastic. They really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The atmosphere in the hotel is relaxed and friendly. Big thanks to Josh, Lily, Noa and the team!

Disappointing
Reception process was poor. We arrived about 6.50pm told we couldnā€™t get dinner because full. Little help in suggesting alternate restaurants. Receptionist disappeared at 7pm and contact number on reception went to voicemail and no-one responded. Heating was not on in room and no one around to show us how to turn it on until later than evening. Hotel decor dated and shabby. Bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast adequate but uninspired. Dinner catering very basic. Staff keen to help but seemed inexperienced. Overall poor value for money.

Superb hotel in the mountains.
An excellent hotel, a little tired, but very comfortable and the staff were fantastic and very friendly. Very well placed for walking routes during the summer. Fabulous splendid views. Thoroughly recommend.

HĆ“tel trĆØs bien situĆ© dans la station (plein centre). Personnel et clientĆØles exclusivement anglais. Le personnel parle franƧais et est trĆØs serviable. Les parties communes sont chaleureuses avec cheminĆ©e et plein de canapĆ©s parfois hors dā€™Ć¢ge, mais cā€™est qui en fait le charme. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses et confortables, mais la partie sanitaire est vraiment Ć  rĆ©nover. Il nā€™y avait pas de TV dans notre chambre, ce qui peut ĆŖtre gĆŖnant en cas de mauvais temps surtout avec des enfants. Pas de sĆ©paration entre coin parents et enfants, pas mĆŖme un rideau. Pas de parking dĆ©diĆ© Ć  lā€™hĆ“tel, mais facilitĆ© dā€™accĆØs au parking station Ć  proximitĆ© via ascenseur.

Un peu craintif au vu des prĆ©cĆ©dents commentaires sur l'hĆ“tel, nous avons eu la bonne surprise de ne pas en avoir eu de mauvaises ! Le personnel semble anglo-saxon mais parle trĆØs bien franƧais; nous avons Ć©tĆ© bien accueillis et tous les services nous ont Ć©tĆ© prĆ©sentĆ©s. La chambre Ć©tait propre, au 1er Ć©tage (niveau du parking public, pas loin de la route), avec une belle vue. Effectivement l'hĆ“tel n'est pas des plus modernes, mais le confort est lĆ  et le prix est compĆ©titif; mĆŖme en Ć©tĆ©, il y a des activitĆ©s et des lieux sympas pour se restaurer Ć  proximitĆ©.

Welcome in Kafkaland!
Cet Ć©tablissement pourrait ĆŖtre agrĆ©able. Ce n'est pas le cas. Cela commence Ć  l'arrivĆ©e: entrĆ©e et rĆ©ception sur l'arriĆØre de l'hĆ“tel au 4eme Ć©tage qu'on atteint par un escalier raide ouvert Ć  toutes les intempĆ©ries. Ca continue avec la chambre: pas de TV, une seule chaise (inconfortable), des rideaux qui n'obscurcissent pas. Pour partir, obligation d'Ć©vacuer a 9h au plus tard. PossibilitĆ© de sortir par le Rdc mais Ć  condition d'avoir parlemente avec la rĆ©ceptionniste pour connaĆ®tre le labyrinthe qui y conduit. Cet hĆ“tel appartient sans doute a un groupe amĆ©ricain: rĆ©ceptionniste californienne (francophone toutefois), toutes les inscriptions sont uniquement en anglais, y compris les consignes d'Ć©vacuation en cas d'incendie (cet unilinguisme Ć©tranger est contraire Ć  la loi). Bref, je vous conseille de rayer cet hĆ“tel de votre liste.
