Our stay was very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. I didn't watch television but it was certainly a good one. All the modern conveniences. The location was good as well. Right near the water and many good restaurants. We enjoyed our trip across the water taking the sea bus. Its terminal is a block away. Best of all was the service. All the desk clerks were extremely helpful and cheerful. We were able to preregister and by the time we returned, the room was ready and our luggage was already in the room. Just beware that Vancouver has a 22% hotel tax so the final charge is much higher than one sees on the app

Great 3 night stay and loved the kindness of the staff. They were very accommodating letting me check out late and one early morning prior to an excursion I didn’t have time to run out for coffee and the front desk staff made me 2 cappuccinos! Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful property. Nice and small, not a huge chain hotel. Rooms are nice, staff is great. The modern designs in the room sometimes take away from the size. Like the tub in the bathroom takes up like a 5 ft by 5ft area.. that's a lot of space in a hotel room. Breakfast is pretty good. Rooftop is nice but gets busy. I would recommend this hotel vs the big chains with tiny rooms. Great location.

Safe area and hotel is very clean and quiet ,amazing experience was staying this hotel with my family , but the disappointed things was the swimming pools is outside the building also not allow kids who are under 15 years old, We had road trip from San Francisco to Vancouver Canada.My kids love to swim and prepared everything, they cannot enjoy this service. On Expedia app show this hotel amazing swimming pool, that’s why I was booking them.hope they can put the correct and true photo on the website .
