Service great but lighting wiring and switches co.
The light switches were very confusing and annoying. There was a master switch and then a bunch of other switches by the master switch and in every room. The bathroom switches would only work if you pressed the switch twice. There were also sensor activated lights in the bathroom but when you were using the toilet, the lights would turn off. Exceedingly frustrating and annoying. Also, TV did not work, only the chrome cast would allow you to watch things via your personal devices. Service was outstanding but all the other room annoyances would deter me from staying there agsiny

The hotel is small which is what I prefer. The staff was very friendly. It is clean. I ate at the restaurant one evening and enjoyed what I ordered. My purpose for being in Vancouver was too attend at conference. It was an easy walk to the conference centre. I fully endorse the AZUR.

AZUR is a beautiful property and everyone I encountered during my stay from the hotel staff to the restaurant staff was pleasant and super personable, offering up things to do in and around the city. The place is smack in the middle of downtown, so everything is super walkable. I would absolutely stay here again. The boutique-style of the hotel makes this a top flight experience through and through.
