The staff was excellent. Room was clean and had essentials. Room was in quiet section of hotel. Area nearby had variety of rating places and stores. Water was hot as desired. Breakfast buffet was above average with fresh fruit.

Nice room, nice pool, good breakfast- close to PDX airport, pets allowed. Only problem- very sketchy homeless on three sides of hotel. Not a safe feeling, especially at night. If you are catching a flight and don’t plan to go for a walk, it’s a good hotel.

The room was very nice, updated and clean. The hotel is located in an area with a lot of transient people. Seeing a sidewalk camp or someone pushing a shopping cart loaded with all their personal belongings is not uncommon. There is only one tavern within a quick walking distance. If you go across a busy street is a Fred Meyer and Trader Joe’s and some other restaurants. It’s a place to stay if you’re going to the airport or something nearby (like the hospital) because the price is right, not because of anything else. Oh and caution, they jack the price up (by $100) when there’s something going on. That’s insane.
