This property is a pet free and smoke free property. We also ask that noise by limited 10pm-7am as this is a highly residential area.
Please remove your shoes on the property to prevent tracked in mud. This is prevalent in the Pacific Northwest.
Parking:
Driveway is extra wide and is able to accommodate parking for 3 vehicles under 20 feet.  
No parking in front of house on the street, as this is a private driveway/street that services 3 homes.  
Additional parking on road that accesses private driveway… approximately 100 feet away. 
Please abide by street parking signs for additional vehicles.

The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited.
We utilize a cohost to make sure your questions are answered during your stay, and we value your privacy, so we have installed a smart lock system so that you may enter to property without assistance.
