Great hotel to spend time before a cruise. Free washer and dryer for laundering before you leave on cruise. A 15 walk to cruise terminal or a 10 minute Uber. The corner room is bigger with a great view is worth booking. The breakfast is nice, it’s clean and not a small cramped space. Shopping at the mall is about a 10 minute walk. I recommend this hotel if you ever visit Vancouver.

I loved the table tennis and the gym. It's very walkable to places. But bad room it was very noisy, bed lining was uncomfortable but clean room overall decent.

Arrived after a long flight and saw 2 cockroaches in my room before I put my luggage down. I asked for another room and they put me into a larger room that was very dirt, smelly and masked with febreeze. Be aware - DO NOT book this place! They are masking and hiding bug infestation and water damage.

Location is quite nice. The fact you have to pay for parking during your stay isn't the gratest. Also the fitness room was under renovations and nothing was said about

Arrived at the Inn, the room has not clean. Showed the manager the dirty kitchenette with dirty glassware and rags. There was miney on the counter, the carpet was never vacummed. The washroom was the disgusting. There were dirty towels on the floor, used bar soaps, toiket paper was never replaced and the toilet bowl needed scrubbing. The manager, Asif Kiza, was rude and was angry I didn't inform him ASAP (i went out to buy medicine so I only left my things and didnt check the room properly). The Housekeeper, Daniel, acted much more of a manager than him. So i packed up and booked a room at the Hyatt instead. I do not recommend this inn.

We had a king suite that we shared with family. The king bed was great but the pull out couch bed was small and very uncomfortable.

We stayed in king bedroom suite, it gave us the privacy we needed for 3 adults (soundproof). We were able to regulate AC for each space separately, which was very helpful. Breakfast was varied with plenty of healthy options. Overall it was a very comfortable stay :)

This hotel was amazing for our single night stay. Not only is the location perfect for a walk by the water and night entertainment, it was clean and offered a great breakfast. With the top floor balcony and gym available to help you spend time with company, this hotel is great choice!
