I received a letter welcoming me several days before my arrival. They provided general information about the hotel and surrounding area and asked my arrival time. Mavan and the desk staff are top notch! I was traveling by myself in another country and I called the hotel from the airport to see if it was safe for me to ride the train downtown. They gave me the instructions on how to do so and I rode the train by myself, at night. The walk from the train station to the hotel is about 1 to 2 minutes and it was very safe. My check-in was wonderful and Mavan was really attentive to my needs. I also appreciated the doorman as I came in and out over the next few days, and he made me feel so special because he always rushed to make sure I was taken care of. It was a fantastic day, and a great location, right across the street from the underground mall, five minute walk from the waterfront, five minute walk to other parts of downtown and I will definitely stay here again!

Our room was clean and the bed sheets were nice and crispy. The staff are very kind and nice. I thought the price to park in their underground garage was a little steep in price. All in all place looked like it had been remodeled over the last few years which was a big plus.

The staff there was super helpful and friendly. The train station is a couple blocks away. It made it easy to walk to the hotel. The cruise ship terminal is about a half mile away so we just walked down with our luggage. Would stay there again. They accommodated is with an early check in which was wonderful!
