The hotel is clean and the friendly staff even fold your clothes. Great view of the city, very convenient spot. However the fanning system is a bit loud, also the walls are not exactly noise proof. A bit pricey but that was expected from higher service standard. If you like to pamper yourself this might be an option.

Perfect place to stay in Vancouver. Very walkable area and close to transit options - A few minutes walk from shopping, the water, absolutely everything. The service was exceptional and the room great (I especially loved the heated floors in the bathroom). I would recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone and everyone.

Slick and clean. Not all of the control panels worked. Early hot tub readiness was unpredictable. Instructions for lockers were incorrect (do not enter code a second time). View fantastic. Room service excellent but expensive. The lounge area made the whole place feel more for young people. Great overall but highly priced.
