I’ve been staying at this property for years and have always enjoyed it. They recently went under renovation and now they seem to be having some issues getting their customer service and Hotel conditions up to par. On this visit, they lost my luggage for a number of hours which caused me to miss meeting up with friends and also required me to go to the mall next-door and purchase an outfit. During the night, my TV came on which woke me up. On another occasion that same night the lights in my bathroom and bedside tables went on waking me again. The Hotel did try to make things right by offering to extend my massage and comp my valet parking. I am , waiting to hear if they will do more for me. It was a very stressful overnight day, which caused me mental distress, considering the value of items I could have potentially lost. I hope they are able to get their experience back to what it used to be. It’s a beautiful hotel .

Our second visit since the remodel. Beautiful hotel. Cocktails were delightful and breakfast was delicious.
