Was a great location and a super cool building! If you wanna spend a day in the city this is the perfect night get away. Close to shops and restaurants. Everything labeled and easy to find/use

Great Condo Perfect for Business Travel & Fun
Great location in Downtown Vancouver steps away from the Financial District and Convention Centre (which is also next door to the Cruise Ship Terminal). I felt very safe. There was a parking garage for my rental car. And I was able to walk everywhere in the City I wanted or needed to visit during my week-long business trip. From the Convention Centre, there are shuttles to take you to nearby tourist activities like Suspension Bridge Park and Mountain Gondola. Bike Tours of Stanley Park are rentable across from the Convention Centre. High-end, designer brand shopping in the Financial District is a couple of blocks away- totally walkable. This studio was great for a single traveler or a couple. Thank you for a lovely trip.

Communication was poor. If we didn’t reach out all over using ingenuity we wouldn’t have been able to get into the property. Air conditioning was a portable unit that did nothing to cool down a 32c day and night. Unit was clean and nice.

Wonderful Easy Stay
Great experience all around! Was able to check in an hour early and the unit was everything as advertised. It was clean, great condition, and just was very attentive. Awesome location in the heart of downtown too. Would stay here again!

Missing basic amenities
The apartment is in a wonderful location and is very nice. However, the place was missing basic amenities (toilet paper). I was staying here with my elderly parents and the bathtub was incredibly slippery and dangerous. I had to buy an anti-slip mat for the bathtub. Communication with the host was horrendous—didn’t reply to messages for days, had to message multiple times about the lack of toilet paper. I frankly don’t think this guy knows what he’s doing.
