Excellent stay in central location. Great coffee included in the mornings. Clean and well furnished lobby. Room was quiet and well furnished with good linen. Semi private bathroom was shared only with one room and very well designed -it prevented noise from next room as well as having a clean floor, shower and toilet. Sink in my room was great with good surface provision for items. Plenty of electrical outlets and good storage space in the room. I liked this hotel and think it provides very good value in a very good location in the city.

Staff was so nice, we shared a bathroom with the other side and could definitely hear when they were in there but it wasn’t really an issue for us as we only stayed one night. Great place to stay though!

I'd like to commend the desk personnel Luna, she's very nice and a great help. The hotel is walkable from skytrain station and Pacific centre which made it so convenient. Will definitely come back!

Loved our stay, front desk was so friendly, check in was easy. I love that they have 3 shared kitchens, enjoyed myself a bagel in the morning. And the best part is it being non-profit, I love that. We booked here because it's just around the corner from the Rogers arena for the hockey game, definitely coming back.

I booked a stay through the Expedia app for two people, thinking 'shared bathroom' meant just for my partner and me. I was shocked to discover that it meant sharing with other guests! This is unacceptable service, and I’ve never encountered a hotel that operates this way. The rooms are tiny for the price, and the overall experience is disappointing. I recommend double-checking details before booking—this is not what you expect from a hotel!
