Incroyable ! Nous avons été ravis de l'hôtel entre la chambre impeccable et le personnel très agréable. Un tarif imbattable avec un petit déjeuner épique comprenant des pâtisseries faites maison. Le parking était très securisé. Si nous devons faire un détour pour y retourner lors d'un prochain voyage, nous le ferons. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

La struttura è nuova, la camera spaziosa e comoda. Le camere sono al primo piano di una piccola palazzina con a piano terra il fornitissimo bar dove si fa la colazione. Il personale è simpatico e gentile. La struttura ha un grande parcheggio privato ed è a 10 minuti dal centro di Pisa. Una soluzione ottima e confortevole. Ottima la colazione.

Etwas versteckt, an einer Landstraße, liegt das B&B Silvia. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze und eine große Wiese hinter dem Haus. Der Check-In erfolgte in der Konditorei von einer sehr netten Frau, die uns dann auch das Zimmer im ersten Stock gezeigt hat. Das Zimmer war klein, jedoch modern und erschien relativ neu. Leider war es nicht sehr sauber: wir hatten große Spinnennetze an der Decke und in der Dusche fanden wir Haare. Das größte Problem war jedoch die Klimaanlage: bei unserem Aufenthalt mitte Juli hatte es 35 Grad und mehr, deshalb haben wir extra ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage gebucht. Leider (und dies wurde von anderen Rezensenten auch schon angemerkt, haben wir aber zu spät gesehen) war die Klimaanlage dermaßen schwach, dass es im Zimmer brühend heiß war. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass wir einfach in die Stadt gehen sollten und die Klima laufen lassen sollen, dann wird es kühl (die Klima braucht etwas länger). Also taten wir dies und kamen 4h später wieder ins Zimmer zurück. Das Zimmer war immer noch brühend warm - die Klima hat gar nichts genutzt. Bei solchen Temperaturen geht das gar nicht! Die Klimaanlage ist ein Witz und sollte eher als schlechter Ventilator benannt werden! Abschließend noch etwas positives: das Frühstück kann in der hauseigenen Konditorei eingenommen werden, mit hauseigenen Mehlspeisen, Kaffee und Broten - sehr lecker. Das B&B Silvia können wir aufgrund der Klimaanlage nur für die kälteren Jahreszeiten empfehlen
