Pendientes Devolución por la NO estancia (212,20€)
Para los días 4 al 6 de junio teníamos reservado y pagado esta propiedad.Sin embargo, no hemos hecho uso de la misma por lo siguiente. El domingo 4 antes de llegar a la propiedad para recibir instrucciones para el acceso a la propiedad reservada llamamos hasta en 6 ocasiones a la persona de contacto, Marc San Luis que no contestó a ninguna llamada. Le enviamos varios WhatsApp pero tampoco respondió y, como podrán comprobar, le contactamos por esta aplicación pero no nos respondió. Si nos indican un correo electrónico, podemos adjuntarles el histórico de las llamadas y capturas de los mensajes que envíamos al propietario. Cuando llegamos a la propiedad reservada a las 18,30 horas del día 4 de junio, nadie nos recibió, por lo que seguimos llamando a Marc, sin respuesta. La propiedad reservada era completamente diferente a las fotografías mostradas en el anuncio, tenía una ventana y una puerta rotas y colchones fuera abandonados. Todo el espacio y la vivienda se encontraban en muy mal estado y sucio. Finalmente, dado que no teníamos noticias de la persona de contacto ni forma de acceder a la vivienda, timbramos en una vivienda que estaba cerca y nos abrió quien dijo ser la madre de Marc, que le hizo salir de la casa para atendernos. La persona de contacto parecía estar en estado de somnolencia o embriaguez. Nos indicó que no tenía conocimiento de nuestra reserva a pesar de que la reserva fue realizada y pagada el día15.04.23 (indíquenos email/tlf para explicarles mas en detalle
