When we arrived and asked about the tent, they initially said there was no booking for us and there was nothing available. After a lot of back and forth, someone came up with the idea of ​​whether we should not have booked the campsite at all, but rather the individually available tent. However, there was no code for the key safe and it took almost two hours before we could move into the tent!
