The property is very nice, however, the beds are getting a bit old and saggy. Fabulous bath tub in big bathroom. Dinner was nice as well. Wotif however got a few things wrong - which really made our life hard and transportation expensive! (Not hotels fault in any way or shape!!).

We stayed for a couple of days to see Venice. The staff was super helpful with advising us about shopping ideas and dining options. They have a convenient airport and downtown Venice shuttle. We had a beautiful room and if you like upscale bathrooms this one has it! The hotel is eco-friendly. So, if you need your room cooler than seventy-three degrees just go to the clerk and they can help as it is centrally controlled. We would stay here again.

We stayed at Antony’s Palace Hotel the night prior to our departure for a cruise leaving from Revenna cruise port. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the airport and provided a shuttle (for a fee). Lots of dining options at a walking distance and even a shopping mall. We ate dinner right at the hotel which was delicious and the breakfast the next morning was also very good. Clean, comfortable and convenient. I would go back to this hotel anytime.

Messaged back and forth with hotel about shuttle pick up, got directions on when and where to be picked up. Great directions with photos. Luggage was a bit delayed. Pick up time, set by hotel, was 1215. Tried texting hotel to let them know our status, but it didn’t go through, no connectivity. We sat at pick up point from 12:25-12:35 before just ordering an Uber. Got to hotel, let them know that my trip did not start off well since we weren’t picked up by shuttle. Now here is where I thought I would get some profuse apology. Instead I was told we can’t wait more than 5 minutes. Excuse me? Nobody ever said any such thing…and it was the HOTEL that set the pick up time based on my air travel schedule. I did not set that time. Definitely lacking in customer service. It would have been so simple to say OMG we are so sorry about that snafu, let’s turn your trip around, let’s get you checked in early and let us know if we can offer you a ride into town. Instead, I got well we can’t hang out all day waiting for you. If you are in the service industry (which I was for many years) you cater to your clientele and do everything you can to make their experience enjoyable and if things start out shaky…you fix it. Unfortunately, mission failure in this case.

This was a last minute decision after our originally booked hotel in Venice was not what we expected. Close to the airport, walking distance to an indoor (& air conditioned!) mall had our teens happier than the madness that was the Rialto bridge she area on a Sat. Zion late June. We walked to Bavarian Fest restaurant and had a delicious dinner as well! The hotel staff was gracious, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were large, clean and convenient 💙.

We stayed at the Antony palace hotel on 8/6. We had booked it as it was close to the airport. We checked in at 20.30, and went to our room hoping for an early night as we were up at 04.00 for a 07.00 flight. There was a festival going on outside our room, and extremely loud music carried on until 00.00 meaning myself, husband and 9 year old daughter could not get to sleep! I complained straight away to reception, but there were no other rooms available to move us to. The aircon in our room was also broken and would work intermittently for a minute and then turn off.
