Breakfast was good. The rooms were spacious. We purposely chose a hotel not close to the water. We wanted a more modern hotel. This is it!!! We had a wonderful stay!!!!

Our room had terrible mildew smell and I am allergic to mildew mold smell. We asked to be put in a different room and we were told that they will send somebody to investigate. They never got back to us so we had to sleep in that horrible very unhealthy condition for two nights. Our standup shower was very small and even though we are pretty skinny people, we barely fit in there and the door was difficult to close in the shower and the bathroom had no place to put any toiletries just a small sink. The included breakfast was not good quality and when we asked if we could have fried eggs the said it would be 18 Euro.

The Junior Suite is wonderfully comfortable and nicely decorated. It has a spacious bathroom and room for all your things. The front desk is very professional and go out of your way to please you. The hotel is in an excellent location for the train,buses and taxi.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The train station is across from the hotel, and it takes 11 minutes to get to Venice. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, the staff was friendly.

Nice Enough Hotel But Not In The Safest Of Areas.
While the hotel has character and the staff do try their hardest the one major flaw that let's this hotel down is the lack of sleep quality. Two major reasons for this are firstly it's situation being opposite the main railway hub of Venice Mestre, with comings and goings off all kinds of people all night long and the atmosphere can be quite threatening and very loud. The other reason is the hotel caters for coach parties of all nationalities and they two can be quite loud often into the small hour's.

Was only here overnight and arrived late. Ate at the restaurant, which was good. It’s about 17 minutes from the airport, which is not too bad. Room was clean and quiet.
