Hotel is wonderful with nice Italian-design mixed with original interiors. Room was comfortable with all the amenities you’d need. Breakfast was great and staff service was amazing. Always a friendly face.

Very glad I chise this hotel. Location is great and staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to very good restaurants that are away from the crowded central area. Pro tip: take a (private) water taxi service on arrival and departure.

Pretty good stay! Room was clean but some mold in the shower which is to be expected. They were able to accommodate an early check in. Front desk were pleasant though upon checkin it took some time since the receptionist seem busy with other tasks. We came in September and the entrance was flooded but this is to be expected, did not last long. Great location for everything.

A definite hotel to come back to!
Upon walking around Venice, trying to locate our hotel, we noticed that all the buildings were old, and we did not know what to expect as we passed through the narrow streets. Upon arrival, we were very pleased as we walked in and saw how gracious it was. We were met by Alessandro who had a great smile and was so helpful and friendly. The other attendees that we met Bennedetta and Vanessa shared the same warmth and caring to make our visit most pleasant. The hotel was a former family palace in its day. Vanessa served a great breakfast.

A gem of a hotel
Spent our anniversary here and this place was perfection. Alessandro at the desk was a gem and sent us a bottle of champagne to celebrate. The view was unmatched and breakfast was delicious. Everyone here was so genuine and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Venice.

This was our favorite hotel that we stayed at during our whole Italy vacation! The building and common areas were GORGEOUS. The rooms were very nice, clean, and well air conditioned. The bathrooms were also much nicer compared to the other places we stayed on this trip. We were traveling with a group of 4, so we had booked 2 rooms, and they put us in rooms right next to each other, which I always appreciate at a hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there is even breakfast and a coffee bar in the mornings. We enjoyed that the hotel was conveniently located but wasn't in a super busy or touristy area. It was also quite any easy walk from the train station, which is always a huge plus (though we did have to go over several canal bridges, but that's any walk in Venice!). The front of the building is right on a canal, which is just such a serene view to see when you're leaving in the morning and returning in the evening! I would absolutely recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again if I ever return to Venice!

A tradition renaissance building within walking distance to Rialto Bridge, San Marco square and excellent public transport links via the Grand Canal. Breakfast was plentiful and coffee amazing. Would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. Benedetta was really helpful on reception too.

Our stay was wonderful thanks to Alessandro. He was so kind and considerate after my partner had his briefcase stolen on the train and really helped us in navigating in order to get it back from the police. He was so kind and considerate and truly and angel in a time of need. On top of that, the hotel was beautiful, old architecture, yet really comfortable for our one night stay. The only downside is it was quite a walk with all of our luggage to get back to the train station. In all it was a great hotel and we were really grateful for our nice experience.
