Amazing experience at this property. Very accessible to the surrounding areas, including Venice, the bus stopped right in front of the hotel and they sell the bus tickets right there. The front desk guy was very helpful. He gave me lots of advice and helped me to extend my reservation with ease. I will recomend this location to my friends for future trips.

The hotel was a good location to downtown Venice. The bus stop was right in front of the hotel and the bus was about 15 min or so to the main stop in Venice. The staff was great, spoke English well, and were very helpful. The only complaint was a personal one as we were put in a handicap room which had an inconvenient bathroom and shower for non handicap couple. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

There’s a bus stop just out front of the hotel with regular service to the islands. Perfect location to stay for the price. Excellent staff and assistance as well. Room was clean, organized and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Location is perfect, super friendly staff and they give great advice on how to get to Venice island. However some odd things happened with the room like lights turning on and off for no reason and the shower head being broken and not fixed or moved rooms even after we reported it to reception.

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff. Reception were welcoming and we enjoyed our stay! So close to main Venice and love that there’s a bus pickup right in front of the hotel. Very convenient! Thank you Hilton! Will recommend and will come back. ;) Much appreciated! Rey and Regina Olasiman

Terrible expérience started at the restaurant with a poor service and waiter had accident with the red wine all over my clothes and my husbands clothes. Did not respond correctly. No help. The day after we were supposed to have a taxi ordered with the reception the day before and arrived 20 minutes late. We were leaving to the airport ! Not a good experience with this Hilton. Hilton family would not have been proud .
