Beautiful hotel
We had a lovely junior suite room for our stay here. The hotel is gorgeous and overlooking a canal. Our room was large with an incredibly comfortable bed. The only problem was the people above us were incredibly noisy banging around in the wee hours of the morning, but thats hardly the hotel’s fault!

Great hotel in the middle of Venice!
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, and the room was meticulously updated. My only complaint is the AC was either freezing or nothing. Auto fan would be appreciated. The breakfast was convenient. Coffee was good. The food was average.

The hotel was close to the water’s stop Marco Zaccharia stop. We were able to walk our luggage down the streets (1 small set of stairs) without difficulty. It is close to Piazza San Marco, and many other sites.

The hotel is exactly what it sets out to be. No great frills or graces but good value and honest. staff could not have been more helpful. Location is great (sort of a hidden gem actually) room a bit tired and no great view but I am being a bit picky as i didn't spend much time in the room or looking out of the window. i have stayed in Venice many times and at the big name 5 star places but this would rate highly against them. No fuss no drama just quiet efficient clean and as a big endorsement from me .. I would stay there again...

Be careful. This hotel moved us to a more basic room than we paid for, which was actually in a separate building quite far away from the main hotel. They are blaming Expedia and are refusing to refund the difference in the price of the different rooms.
