Wonderful stay
Perfect stay from our arrival to departure. The hotel is really in a great location. It's away from busy areas which makes this a great location to stay yet it's still close enough to walk to all the main areas of interest. We had a canal view room and it was spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice to suit everyone. The hotels little touches make this a special place to stay. A big thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay so special.

The staff at Hotel Moresco are wonderful. Very helpful, especially with my mom who has trouble walking. It’s a lovely hotel in a quiet section of town, but easily accessible to the water buses to get you to San Marco and Rialto.

Excellent service and beautiful hotel. Eggs cooked to order at breakfast was a lovely surprise! Closer to the train station than the tourist attractions, but we loved the location.

This is such a beautiful hotel with very kind and welcoming staff! The room was beautiful and clean, we had nice canal view and a little cute patio. The hotel garden is adorable and breakfast is delicious with such good pastries. Lots of varieties and they locally source everything. I really can’t praise enough the staff as they were all so amazing. I will be back and I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff including Vincenza and Barbara go above and beyond and treat you like a friend. Nothing is too much trouble. Vincenza emailed us all the options of how to arrive and arranged this for us. She called us in the airport arrivals to let us know a change in pier for picking up the boat. We were given really good directions for attractions and Barbara even telephoned one to help arrange this. Vincenzo booked our dinner reservation. A gentleman on the desk knew who we were and greeted us by name and knew our room number and carried our bags out to the water taxi. When we left the hotel, we took a water taxi to the port to pick up our ship, my husband left his phone on the water taxi. I telephoned the hotel and Barbara arranged extremely quickly for the boat driver to come back to the port, I thought, an impossible task for her to find him in Venice. Barbara then telephoned me to check we had received the phone. We were so grateful. The hotel was beautiful, room spacious and you could not hear any outside noise in the room or hotel. The hotel is situated right on the water but just off the grand canal. The location is perfect. It was a the best start to our holiday. We highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property, wonderful service, very clean. Location was convenient to train station but not as convenient to city center. Only flaw in the stay, the water never got warm to enjoy the beautiful bath tub and the shower took over 15 min to warm up in the am.

Best staff ever! The employees really care about the enjoyment of your stay and service is excellent. We were treated to a delicious breakfast every morning and a wonderful happy hour in the evening. We have stayed at many hotels for both work and vacation; Hotel Moresco is the best. If every hotel was like Hotel Moresco, I would sell my home and live there year round.

Hotel staff goes above and beyond for us. They were very attentive, accommodating and friendly. They gave us great recommendations of local restaurants. Remembered my birthday! Breakfast was amazing. We also had an early flight to catch and they offered to pack us breakfast togo bags. Very clean and beautiful hotel. Definitely coming back for another stay.

We felt instantly welcome at Hotel Moresco. After a short walk from the coach drop off we were greeted with smiles and a welcome drink with savory snacks. Our room was ready when we arrived and was stunning. Right on the canal with a lovely view out of our window with bars and restaurants moments away. Access to the city was incredibly easy, the map hotel Moresco provided was invaluable. Breakfast was excellent also with a great selection of food. We would absolutely love to go back in the future.
