The bartender was extremely friendly and made the BEST gin martini ever! The hotel upgraded us to the penthouse suite and we’d loved it. But definitely recommend this hotel. It also has an amazing beautiful garden.

Spent 3 nights at this hotel. Room a bit on small side but typical of Europe. Bathroom perfect with nice size shower. Marta at reception vey pleasant and helpful. She notice that we spoke French so she addressed us in French. Rest of staff also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very fresh. Close to bus and people mover. Would recommend this hotel.

I was nervous when I could see our hotel from a busy transportation plaza but the staff were so kind and welcoming with a welcome glass of Prosecco. Our room was charming and old world with tapestry wallpaper and dark wood beams on the ceiling. Perfect to set the tone for a wonderful stay in Venice. They even offer garden seating for their delicious buffet breakfast. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants convenient access to the airport while still being on the island of Venice with its art, charm and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay. Our room was newly renovated and the mattress was very comfortable. Our room had a beautiful view and was quiet and cool. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They locked away our luggage and gave us free drinks while we waited for our check in time. The hotel is in a beautiful location and has easy access to the bus stop, train station, and is within walking distance to many of the wonderful sights of Venice. Highly recommend!

Perfectly located next to where the bus drops you off from the airport onto the island. Means not having to pull luggage through Venice. Check in, drop luggage and go explore!

The location of the hotel was great, close to train station. You fo need to walk around with you your cases. The staff Marta & Laura were great & friendly. The breakfast was worth the money.
