The hotel is close to the airport and the bus to Venice is close by. My room was on the small size compared to the US (expected), but it was spotlessly clean and had everything you need, except ... One warning, the hotel does not have an iron, so you will have to wear your wrinkled clothes. Is this not a thing in Europe?

Claudio's service was very bad, they took our passports and gave them back to us in a very rude way, also the treatment was very bad, the room smelled bad, it was unhygienic, I would not recommend this hotel.

Decent hotel
The man on the reception desk was pretty blunt and not overly friendly. The rooms were ok for comfort but very clean. The pool was lovely and the pool staff were very nice but it’s mandatory to wear a swimming cap in the pool or your can’t go in which was odd and a bit off putting. The breakfast included was excellent. We got a call at 9pm saying we were too loud and to keep it down when we were literally just sat on the beds chatting. So either they have zero insulation in their walls or it was another room. Either way, kinda of wrecked the experience for us. 15 euros each for a shuttle to the airport which is literally a 2 minute drive is a bit on the extortionate side. No onsite restaurant for dinner do they shuttle you to a place nearby.. worst lasagna in Italy.

Fine if you need accommodation for a flight
The shuttle was expensive (25 euros for 4 people for 5 mins) but efficient. The room was nice, but the coolest the air con would go was 25 degrees, which meant that we struggled to sleep. Breakfast was lovely.

The room was nice and spacious. Felt very clean.. However the sink was leaking onto the bathroom floor making it slippery, and the bathtub was incredibly difficult to drain. Also, the curtains would not fully close. There were stairs in our room as well, they were super kreaky and honestly quite scary lol, I feel that if we were heavier, they would break.. (most likely not the case, but they didn’t seem very well designed or installed.. The interaction we had with the check in staff, was disappointing to say the least. He was not friendly at all, and did not give any information on check out procedures, pool hours, or how to get to our room. He was unfriendly to people behind us as well. Not impressed with his people skills.

The room and hotel are clean. The staff are all very kind and so helpful. Bus stops are very close. It’s only a 20 minute bus ride from the #5 bus to get to Venice.

Nothing was unique or likable about this place! Staff was terrible, room was deceiving, DID NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURES! I am pregnant and asked for extra pillows which was never provided or even addressed. Ugly hotel with even a worst customer service experience. Tourist, do yourself a favour and stay away from this place. Horrible staff, rips off tourist with shuttle service!
