The property was in a quiet area of Jewish quarter. Very pleasant and quiet specially for Venice. Only complaint if any the window covers did not keep sunlight out in morning. It was a nice value and I would use them again

Great stay. Great location
The hotel is beautifully situated in between canals and is clean and organized. The room had a beautiful window view of the canal. Adam at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable of the city and provided important information about transportation. The distance from train station to hotel was decent. We walked with our carry on and it wasn’t bad.

If you’re going to be disabled in a wheelchair, Do not get the apartments because they have narrow stairs And many flights. A downgraded me to a room that’s supposed to be a triple for $26 more. I think the room was supposed to be for disabled But these were the issues of the room. Floor uneven Can’t get through The bathroom to the other room If you’re in a wheelchair. Could not get to the toilet because I was in the room that was on the other side of the sink. I could not pass through. Phone doesn’t work At all No remote control For the TV in the Main room So if you’re bound to a wheelchair, do not stay at this property!

The location is very good. Just far enough from station that it's a little quieter yet close and walkable to many things. Short walks to station, the vaporetto, many sights. The hotel was nice - not fancy but certainly what I expected. The staff were very nice and helpful so that we could arrive late in the evening past when front desk was closed. I recommend.

EXCELLENT service, room and breakfast! SO CLEAN
EXCELLENT!!! Front desk: Giordana Fato was so kind and gave us precise instructions for going from Santa Lucia Station to the hotel. Always with a smile for helping us. Room: we were at 226 room, it is fantastic!! In a corner, it has an amazing view to the channels, at night it’s like to be inside a postcard sight! It was so comfortable, clean, the windows have screens avoiding the mosquitoes. The amenities are so nice. Breakfast: Fabulous! First of all, the two ladies in charge the breakfast room are so welcoming, always with a smile and an attitude to please the hosts. The meal is delicious: the best fresh made scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, cream cheese, several type of breads, fruits, juices. My favourite part: cucumber and tomate salad!! Simply but so tasty and fresh. Every kosher, every fresh. Really, the best breakfast ever. Location: Campo di Ghetto Nuovo is a nice area, with Venetian neighbours, there is a police station kiosk in the square and it feels so safe no matter if come back to the hotel after you were galavanting late hours at night. 4-5 minutes walk from aquatic bus stations, I recommend to get a transport card, available for 24, 48 or 72 hours. No hesitate to choose this hotel when you go to Venice, I would like to come back and stay with them again

The hotel is clean, the reception staff are helpful and friendly, and the room has everything you need for a few days in Venice. The shower is hot and has good water pressure. The bed is king size. It’s also away from the major tourist attractions so it’s less busy and noisy. Still easily walkable to anywhere you’d like to go. As it says in its name, it is a kosher hotel.

A/C didn’t get the room very cold. Small bathroom with shower in the way of the toilet. Shower doors had mold. Second door did not lock. Staff was not bilingual. There was mosquitoes in the room upon arrival.

We lost power at 10pm, no light, no hot water. We reached out to the front desk but no one was there. We tried to call the front desk customer service but no one helped us. Power was back on at 10am in the next morning. Very disappointed at the customer service. We asked for refund or credit for 1 night, but all they said it’s sorry about that. They should have change our room last night when the power was lost, but nope, couldn’t reach them and they never call us back.

I enjoyed my stay at The Rimon Place-Kosher. The hotel room was impeccably clean, and its large windows offered captivating views of the charming Cannaregio areas and their picturesque canals. The hotel’s strategic location, just a 3 to 4-minute walk from the ACTV Boat/Ferry station, made it incredibly convenient for exploring Venice. For a two-night stay, I found it to be a pleasant and comfortable choice. Moreover, the area boasts an abundance of excellent restaurants, making dining options easily accessible.
