Totally unsafe, incredibly slow and unreliable elevator. Rooms are 3 very high floors up. Approach alley is disgusting. Website photos of hotel are incorrect. Not worth the money. Don’t stay here.

Air conditioning was horrible, 2 separate buildings and no elevators which was horrible because of the amount of luggage we had. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning was out for 2 of the three days we were there and the hotel refused to take the calls from Expedia to negotiate a price reduction because of the inconvenience of our room being 85 degrees. We were offered a fan to use. There were no other options for us to be moved to during that time.

I did not like that we had to stay in another building when we checked in and was not advised when I booked the hotel. They also don’t have helpers to assist with luggage’s you have take them up the stairs yourself. There was no elevator in the other building I had to stay with my family. No AC on my room. Hotel pictures need to be updated.

The hotel is part of two buildings. You have to check in on one (lots of steps to get there) and our stay was in the next building. Room was fantastic with a beautiful view and very clean. Breakfast was good. Good service.

The staff did a nice job accommodating our last minute addition of one person. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. It was a bit of a long walk from Venezia station. The water buses were so slow that we walked everywhere after boating to check in the first day. When i go back i will hotel between Rialto and St Marks.

Good option away from main tourist area
We had a difficult time finding the hotel at night upon our arrival to Venice, but the employee was awake and ready for us at 2 am. Breakfast was decent and overall stay was brief (due to flight delay) but good.

This property is located in a tiny alleyway and when you enter it is a dark and dingey stairwell. The elevator is slow but at least there is one. Go up 3 flights of stairs and you will find the front desk. Super friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast spread. The rooms have beautiful morano glass chandeliers, free toiletries, bidets, complimentary beer, coke and water in the fridge. We had a great stay!

rain water coming through the bathroom ceiling, the only view was onto a roof and very messy court yard, (but there is'nt much they can do as it is not there property) the room was in a good state of repair and clean, the bathroom was recently upgraded except the shower had to be held because there was no riser bar. the bed was very compfy and the refreshments left for us was very nice. we enjoyed the breakfast
