Venice, Florida, experienced significant impacts from back to back Hurricane's which included historic flooding, storm surge and wind. We are deeply aware of the challenges many in our community are facing, and our thoughts are with those who have been affected.
OUR CONDOS WERE NOT DAMAGED and we have guests arriving in November. Our pool is not open due to damage and our club house is undergoing restoration.
There will much ongoing work as we recover, but we are excited to let you know that the beach is open, and the famous Historic Venice Avenue—with its vibrant array of restaurants and shops—experienced no damage.
