Great location, only flaw is the AC didn't work, had to open windows which didn't let me sleep because of the noise. Otherwise nice hotel.

This hotel is in an excellent position only 3 minutes from the main railway station and vaporetto stop. It is right where all the action is virtually on the Grande Canal. The staff were excellent and so helpful. Some of the other guests were very rude people and we felt sorry for the staff having to deal with them. Our only issue was the air conditioning- it was set for a winter setting and so was too hot for us. We had the staff turn it off as we could not turn it off or change the temperature. Having been to Europe in October before we had experienced this before.

Great location, central to train station but couldn’t hear the noise from trains. Room was incredibly clean. Great shower. Generous breakfast. Bed was a little hard but we were too tired to care. We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was great. Room was clean. We got champagne with our room. Breakfast was included. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Right near the train station and there is a water taxi station nearby. Would stay here again.

Cruise Hotel option in Veny
Great hotel in a great location for the train station and the People Mover Clean hotel and friendly staff who made the experience perfect. Excellent selection for continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again

Enjoyed the stay here. Updated room. Really nice interior. Bath fixtures were nice. Air conditioner was not working. Other than that all was good. Decent breakfast. Helpful staff. Would recommend.

Location location location. Something to consider if you’re visiting Venice and arrive at the train station…no steps and no bridges a 5-10 minute walk (from the train station). Also convenient stop for the Vaporettos. Staff= very friendly, kind and helpful. Easy check in. Room = plenty big enough. We were on the 4th floor and there was an elevator. Maid had just cleaned and there was a chemical waft walking in…of “Pine Sol”. Water pressure was good but alternating hot and ice cold water every 5 minutes in the shower. Breakfast was fine…not overly elaborate. Bedding and pillows very comfortable. Did not use the wi-fi so can’t speak to that. I can recommend this hotel. Watch for the alley you walk down to get to the hotel! Very easy to go right by it. Look up on Google maps to track; the turn will be on the left.

Great location
Near train station (and water taxi) which makes it easy to get too. Hotel was clean and updated. Staff was friendly and accommodating and allowed us to leave your luggage in the lobby after checkout for several hours. Breakfast was adequate for European style breakfast.
