it was clean, but very small. there is no front desk, you have to contact the owner by e-mail and that could take time to get answer back. bathroom was very small. a 5' 5' person has a hard time sitting on the WC. Very noisy neighborhood. I was told by Expedia that the room is for 3 people, but I end up paying 15 Euros per night for my kid and 9 Euros per day for cleaning even I didn't need it and it didn't get clean. It was very expensive for what we got. It says parking was free, but it was street parking at your own risk and no parking on some hours of the week.

Senkinek sem ajánlom! Lehúzó hely, mindenért fizetni kell pluszban! A gyereknek pótágy napi 40 EUR, takarítás napi 9 EUR, klíma napi 20 EUR. Amennyiért adják és a plusz költségekkel már 4 csillagos szállodába lehet menni, reggelivel és kulturált környezettel! Nagyon rossz helyen van tele arabbal és bevándorlóval! Annyira vállalhatatlan a környék, a környezet és a tulajdonos hozzáállása, hogy egyetlen egy éjszakát sem voltunk a szálláson, inkább foglaltunk egy másik helyen! A pénzt természetesen nem adta vissza és még takarítást is felszámolt!!

C'est correcte!
Hotel un peu difficile à trouvé, même pour les chauffeurs de taxi. Si vous pensé prendre l'avion, nous avons pris un taxi qui nous a coûter 90€. L'hébergement nous à fait payer des taxes qui nous a coûté 102€. Pour deux nuits seulement. Pour payer 10€ par jours l'air climatisée et les autres taxes ??Pour se rendre à Venise très facile en bus Très belle chambre et propre. P'tit resto 💕

Potrebbe andare meglio
Residence al primo piano di un palazzo molto grande. Nicoletta molto cortese nell'accoglienza, fotografa i documenti e riscuote tassa soggiorno e tassa pulizia. Sarebbe meglio ottenere ricevuta per la tassa soggiorno, mentre la tassa pulizia si scopre solo a prenotazione completata e non è stata comunque effettuata durante il soggiorno, immagino prima e dopo. Tutto sommato la location risulta pulita, forse l'odore di umido poco gradevole inizialmente. Porta del bagno non totalmente a posto, difficoltà nell'aprire e non si chiude al 100%, andrebbe registrata nuovamente. Frigo, TV e macchina per caffè funzionanti. Nessuna cialda disponibile ne lo spumante che si vede nelle foto. Zona servita da mezzi e sostanzialmente tranquilla. Evitare il sottopassaggio della stazione di Mestre in ore notturne.
