The 'Villa 31' is a modern 250 sq.m villa with a heated swimming pool for 12 to 16 persons, including: a large L shaded 100 sq.m lounge with an open kitchen, dining room, and living room. An entrance with an separate cloakroom, a cellar, 6 doubles beds bedrooms (160x200 cm matress), 1 Mezzanine with 2 sofa beds (convertible into two 160x200 cm beds), 3 shower rooms with walk-in shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 3 separate WC.


The villa is south facing with view of swimming pool and garden. A 180 sq.m wooden terrace is located around the swimming pool with 2 teak garden furniture (1 is in a shaded part, 1 is south facing), and a “sun” area with 10 sunbeds.

The villa offers also a summer kitchen with plancha and sink.

Amenities: fenced land with a private parking for 2 cars (additional outside parking), ADSL Wifi, 2 televisions, 2 DVD players, and pets accepted upon request.

Einzigartig und wunderbar
Für uns drei Familien mit Hund der perfekte Urlaub! Ein tolles Haus mit großartiger Ausstattung. Alle Zimmer und Bäder gleich. In der Küche alle Utensilien vorhanden. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Der Weg zum Strand großteils schattig und abseits der Straße. Täglich Markt in Vensac, so dass wir uns mit den allerbesten Lebensmitteln eindecken konnten. Surfkurse, Radverlei, sehr gute Restaurants. Danke auch an Cécile für einen insgesamt perfekten Aufenthalt.

Superschönes Haus.
Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an gar nichts. Der Pool ist schön, der Garten ist toll. Unsere 2 Hunde konnten frei im Garten rumlaufen da dieser fest eingezäunt ist. Wir haben es genossen fussläufig zum Strand zu gehen um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Besonders gut hat es uns gefallen in der supergrossen Küche gemeinsam zu kochen und auf der Plancha abends zu grillen.

Super séjour en famille
Maison parfaite et idéalement équipée pour les séjours en groupe, décorée avec soin. Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille, où chacun avait son espace. Nous avons apprécié le fait de pouvoir avoir de la jolie vaisselle de service et tout le matériel nécessaire pour faire la cuisine. La plage de Vensac est très proche et magnifique. Wirklich sehr schönes Urlaubsziel
Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und Der Garten ist schön eingewachsen und der Pool ist groß und sauber. Es war ein sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus und wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder. Die Nähe zum Meer und der wunderschöne Strand haben den Urlaub perfekt gemacht.

Familienurlaub mit Kindern und Hunden
Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern, zwei Teenagern, Oma, Opa, Schwager sowie drei Hunden für 14 Tage in der Villa und es war wunderschön. Die Ville ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß mit je einer Kommode die für Sachen. Schön war auch das jede Familie sein eigenes Bad hatte. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, wir konnten sogar einen Geburtstagskuchen backen. Der Grill im Ausenbereich war auch klasse und auf Wunsch hat uns die Vermieterin den Pool etwas wärmer gestellt, somit konnten wir auch bei etwas schlechterem Wetter mit den Kindern hinein. Die Villa liegt direkt am Pinienwald. Zum Strand waren es ca. 30 Minuten mit den Kids zum laufen, aber man kann auch mit dem Auto zum Strand fahren. Ein Parkplatz war immer zu finden. Die Hunde durften auch mit an den Strand. In das Städtchen lief man ein wenig länger, aber auch machbar. Es gab jeden Tag einen Markt und einen super Fischladen. Alles in allem war es ein super schöner Urlaub in einem echt perfektem Haus mit einer sehr sehr netten Vermieterin. Gerne wieder.

Villa d'exception!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis (4 couples avec des ados). La villa est très grande, très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée, de très belles prestations. On apprécie plus particulièrement la belle terrasse en bois et la piscine. Cécile est très disponible et très arrangeante, un grand merci pour votre accueil. Une villa d'exception !!
