This property was nice but I needed some more options. Outdoor bar was very slow only one staff member working. Needed some simpler food options the restaurant was expensive. The breakfast was nice my husband enjoyed the continental breakfast. Our room was good the beds are small so that was tough I’d like to see them have Queen size, full is not comfortable for two people.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the food was sub-par, overcooked, and bland. No fridge in rooms to keep water/drinks cool...but a big hole where one used to be. Not enough towels, no washcloths, and one (1) hand towel. No hair dryer or robes. Sheets looked old and gray, though clean. Overall, an average to below average experience.

Overall great experience. Housekeeping staff was excellent and helpful. Location was pretty good although not a ton within close walking distance but easy cab rides. Right on the malecon. Restaurant in the hotel was okay. There is a Starbucks as well but doesn't open until 11:00 a.m. we had a superior room for the view which was great. Beach was clean pool was clean outside bar was nice. There's another bar inside as well which is nice. We will stay there again but one star off for sewage smell coming out of the shower drain a couple of the days.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the malecón. With access to a beach. The staff are all nice and helpful. The linens seemed dirty, and old. The pool/beach sun bathing chairs are all old and broken. We had an issue with our room smelling like sewer and I had to ask to be moved. Instead of them offering to move us. The stay was average.
