Super BAD do not nook
I didn't stay at this property as the parking was outside in the open and the area was not safe at night. This hotel should not be on hotels.com as it is a pay by the hour hotel and not a proper hotel. They would not allow us to enter the reception didn't want to answer the phone when hotels.com called

Muy buena opcion
Por el precio, una gran opcion para una estadia corta. La habitación de hotel es muy espaciosa, el área de regadera super amplia, se puede hacer una fiesta ahi adentro, y cuenta con amenidades y "servicios" propios de un motel, como un columpio en la habitación. Si se le tienen que poner peros, uno es el aire acondicionado, le falto potencia, no enfriaba. Y otro, que esta a 25 minutos de la zona centro de Veracruz, y a 20 del malecón. Fuera de eso, excelente limpieza, seguridad, atención, comodidad.

Todo estuvo bien y no me quejo del lugar lo único malo es que se diga que sea un lugar libre de humo de tabaco y no lo sea por en el piso de abajo olía mucho eso me hace daño

Por favor, que avise expedia cuando se trata de un Auto Hotel! No sabia y estar ahi con mi hijo fue muy incomodo... No me gusto nada... Ademas hubo ruido toda la noche (musica, gente limpiando...)

Bueno fue un poco raro ya que es Motel y nunca vi una recepción como tal al llegar, el estacionamiento está a espaldas del edificio, no hay nadie que te guíe, finalmente después de un rato y varias vueltas logramos entrar hasta el fondo de tan oscuro lugar . Me dieron indicaciones por WhatsApp por qué yo marque a un teléfono que encontré y le pedí me enviara la ubica6 por ese medio, al llegar al fondo del motel hay una pequeña puerta de vidrio q dice hotel subimos unas escaleras y me dijo q mi hab era tal número, al ver los pasillos estrechos y sin gente baje de nvo para buscar a alguien eso no sucedió, y por WhatsApp pregunté por la llave fue entonces cuando me dijo q solo abriera la puerta de la habitación i dicada y bueno ahí encontré la llave . 30 minutos después llegó alguien y me hizo cobro. La limpieza es. Buena . La comida q ofrecen es aceptable, lo que si es muy dura la cama y las almohadas super grusas , cosa q no permitió un. BUen descanso, provoco molestia en el cuello, habían muchos moscos! Después vimos más y mejores opciones más cerca del boulevard, pero ya era tarde
