When I arrived there were no rooms available, the receptionist had a malicious attitude, it is a hotel that shows one thing on networks and when I arrived it is a very different one with dirty and poorly organized areas, when I was going to leave, as if by magic a room appeared, When I went to see it, it was in worse condition than anything I had seen. At the entrance there was a leak of water that filled the entire hallway, having to walk through the water and to get in I had to move two mattresses that were in the middle of the room. the door, when I was able to open the door the interior was in terrible condition in the end we had to leave, very upset I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and the rental platforms should be more aware of this since they are offering us something that not even they know how This is the quality, I made this reservation through TRIVAGO which directed me to EXPEDIA. GREAT PLACE, GREAT CONDITIONS *TRIBAGO AND EXPEDIA I SUGGEST YOU CHECK THE STATUS OF THE HOTELS SINCE I DID NOT EVEN HAVE A ROOM AND THEY HAD CHARGED ME FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT WHAT THEY ARE OFFERING ON THEIR PLATFORMS *

Muy diferente a las imágenes que se ofrecen, el baño bastante descuidado, me parece que le falta cuidado a las instalaciones, por el costo hay muchas más y mejores opciones, lo pensaría demasiado para volver a hospedarme en este lugar.

Es en un muy buen punto, solo podria mejorar mucho en sus instalaciones. Todas las habitaciones fueran con clima ( No ventilador). Detalles de pintura , nuevas cortinas y sábanas ( ya estan algo deterioradas.

Nada que ver con la imágenes no se dejen engañar, nos dieron una habitación sucia y con la pintura súper desgastada, incluso el techo se estaba cayendo lit por la humedad, todo viejo y sin mantenimiento, y la recepcionista de la mañana es 0 accesible, contesta súper feo la tv del cuarto de cajón vieja, nisiquiera servía y todavía con ventilador y 2700 por 3 noches, es un abuso no caigan en su publicidad falsa.
