The wonderful Chalet with the private swimming pool on Lago Maggiore

The ’Bimba’ apartment with swimming-pool is a lovely home nestled in a lush garden with a swimming pool (available from May 11th to September 13th 2024) and games room.

The apartment can host only one family at a time so the house, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the hosted family (owners could be present). After each check out the house is completely ventilated and sanitized by cleaning professionals according to anti-covid protocols.

The house Bimba, located on the ground floor of the villa, is based in Trobaso, historical and peaceful village in the heart of Verbania, 5-minute drive from Intra and the port, 40 minutes from the Swiss border.

Our guests will have two bedrooms (1 double bed room and one room with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed for a total of 5 beds), a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet and a WC-washer.

The garden is fully available, with the swimming pool, and the possibility to sunbathe. In our garden, you can find also an oven with a grill for barbecues with friends.

For the relax moments, our Bimba Chalet is also equipped with the “Elvis room”, a games room with: a tennis table, a football table, darts and a table to play cards.

Moreover, the house has a private parking.

For the maintenance of the swimming pool, the garden and the outdoor areas, two staff members, Renzo and Pio, will have daily access to the structure.

We have really enjoyed our 2 week stay in house Bimba in Trobaso. It is a lovely house with the most amazing garden! Our 2 girls loved the swimming pool and had the time of their lives. What is great about the pool, is that it has a shallow part, where our youngest daughter (5 years) could stand and a deeper part for diving. The pool was kept in great shape by Renzo, who came by on a regular basis to make sure the water quality was perfect! His dog Margo became instant friends with our dog and of course our girls loved Margo as well. The garden has 2 terraces where you can relax, eat and enjoy the sun or shade. The outside kitchen incl pizza oven and bbq is absolutely perfect! It is located close to the pool, which is just a great plus. You can start the bbq when the kids are still playing in the pool. Alberto is a great host and it was a pleasure to get to know him and his wife and daughter. We had an amazing time and are considering to visit again next year!

Wir (2 Erw + 4/7/10 Kids) haben eine perfekte Pfingstwoche in Albertos Ferienwohnung verbracht! Im riesigen Garten mit Pool, Dusche, Grillbereich, kurzerhand nach draußen verfrachteter Tischtennisplatte... Bella Italia! Handtücher, Grundausstattung in der Küche mit Kaffe & Co., für uns ideale Lage für Ausflüge nach Locarno, Mailand, Fähre nach Lavorno, Borromäische Inseln, Intra,Safaripark... Nur Joggen gehen ist schwierig, aber dafür kann Alberto ja nichts ;). Zum ersten Mal würden wir ein 2. Mal in die gleiche Ferienwohnung gehen.

We had a lovely trip. The mountains surrounding the property are beautiful and the children enjoyd the swimming pool. The house is small and a what outdated but doable. The property manager is very nice and always ready to help if needed. You have enough to see in Verbania.

Petite maison très propre, simple et efficace. Jardin magnifique, barbecue, piscine et parc privatif... Toutes les commodités sont à proximité. Grande gentillesse des propriétaires... La région est magnifique et pour finir, les adresses d'une bonne table ne manquent pas. A refaire.

Ideal für den Familienurlaub
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Albertos Ferienwohnung verbracht, die eigentlich ein Haus ist. Hatten den gesamten Bereich für uns inkl. riesigem Garten und Swimmingpool. Bei Fragen konnten wir den sehr hilfsbereiten Alberto jederzeit kontaktieren. Der Kochbereich ist etwas beengt, dafür gibt es einen großen Grill und 2 Tische im Außenbereich. Die Kinder konnten im Garten und im Pool toben, während wir auf der Liege lagen. Perfekt.

Traum-Urlaub mit genialem Garten und nettem Kontakt
Wir haben 3 Wochen Sommerurlaub mit unseren jugendlichen Kindern hier verbracht und sind perfekt erholt. Die Wohnung ist klein und besonders das eine Badezimmer, aber wenn man sich damit arrangieren kann wird man mit einem genialen, gepflegtem Garten mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten, einem benutzbaren Steinofen/-grill und einem Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung belohnt. Alberto war sehr um unser Wohl bemüht mit Restaurant-Tipps und Ausflugsideen. Wir hatten einen sehr netten Austausch. Als Mutter war es für mich Luxus, dass es 1x/Woche frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche gab und sogar die Wohnung durchgesaugt wurde. Eine recht befahrene Straße führt am Haus vorbei, was uns aber nicht sonderlich störte. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden auch gerne mal wiederkommen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit großem Garten und Pool
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. In dem Garten mit dem schönen Pool kann man sich wunderbar aufhalten und erholen. Die Vermieter sind beide sehr nett und unheimlich hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Vakantiehuisje is klein, maar prima verzorgd. Buitenterrein is heerlijk groot, met een mooi zwembad en pizza oven en bbq. Wel veel geluiden van en ook zicht op de weg en omliggende panden

Toller Außenbereich
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, auch die lieben Helfer wie Gärtner, Rosana die uns begrüßt hat, der Herr der sich täglich um den Pool kümmert. Es gab nach einer Woche frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher 👍 Die Wohnung ist genau so wie man es von den Bildern erwartet, außer das kleine Bad, das inzwischen schön renoviert ist. Etwas überrascht waren wir über die Straße, an der die Wohnung liegt. Sie ist relativ stark frequentiert und wir fanden es laut, haben gegen morgen wenn der Verkehr losging die Fenster geschlossen . Im hinteren Gartenbereich, wo der tolle Pool und der Pizzaofen sind hört man es aber kaum. Der Garten ist toll und unsere 3 Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool, auf der Wiese. Der Elvis-Raum mit Tischtennis, Kicker ist die Rettung bei Regen und ein echtes Highlight . Vielen Dank an Alberto und Giordano und ihre Familien

Geweldige vakantie
Fijne complete en nette vakantie woning met veel diverse dingen te doen in de buurt (met auto). Het is huis is schoon en alles is aanwezig. Ruime slaapkamers en net vernieuwde badkamer. Grote (privé) tuin met zwembad en pizza oven. Zeer gastvrije en vriendelijke verhuurders, we hebben niks gemist deze vakantie. Nogmaals bedankt voor de gastvrijheid!

Nice holidays and great place
We spent 2 beautiful weeks in Verbania. The appartment and the garden are exactly as described, we were positively surprised that the bathroom has in the meantime also been reniewed. We (parents and 2 children of 16 and 13 years old) enjoyed the swimming pool, our dog had a good time in the garden and with the young dog of one of the gardeners. The owners are very friendly and ready to help and give advise. The street is sometimes noisy but this is part of being in a small city. We made funny activities: impressive zip line, canyonning in the Ossola valley (Valbianca), Alpyland in Mottarone. We visited beautiful gardens and spent some time on the lake (rented boat and pedalo), so refreshing when it's so hot... We recommand this appartment, we had a very nice holiday. Pfingsten in der Villa Bimba
Ein sehr schönes Anwesen. Unsere Kinder haben den grossen Pool genossen. An der tiefsten Stelle ist er sage und schreibe 3 m tief. Die beiden Vermieter haben sich gut um uns gekümmert. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

mooi appartement met ruime tuin. leuk uitzicht vanuit de tuin. alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. centrum is om 15a20 minuten lopen. bij aankomst was het even zoeken waar we moesten zijn. Geen echte minpunten.

Lovely apartment with a huge garden
The apartment is great, Two bedrooms for five persons, a small bathroom and kitchen, but well equipped. The garden is large with an own swimming pool, grill and pizza oven. It is a bit away from the city centre, but a bus station is close by and an alimentary shop and a supermarket are in walking distance as well. Alberto and Giordano are great hosts,.

Superschöne Anlage mit viel Auslauf für den Hund
Der Garten ist absolut gepflegt und man kann sich sehr gut darin aufhalten. Mit Hund absolut kein Problem, da wirklich alles umzäunt ist. Toller Pool und viele Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Check-in/Check-out ohne Probleme. Die Wohnung selbst ist unserer Meinung nach für 5 Personen zu klein, da wir aber zu dritt (plus Hund) da waren, war es wirklich ausreichend. Toll war auch der Raum mit Dart, Kicker und Tischtennis. Alles in allem: können wir es empfehlen.

location très bien située , superbe jardin
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré un temps mi figue mi raisin pour la saison. l'appartement est calme et fonctionnel, les chambres sont spacieuses. Le salon est un peu petit mais il est complété par la salle de jeux qui est équipée non seulement de jeux (babyfoot, ping pong et fléchettes) mais aussi d'un canapé et d'une cheminée! le jardin est superbe. En plus de la piscine , il est équipé d'un barbecue , d'un four à pizza et d'une grande table en bois protégée par un abri (nous y avons dîné au sec malgré une faible pluie). quant à sa situation , l’appartement est très bien situé pour rayonner autour du lac majeur. (Intra (avec petite place charmante, plage, manège et aire de jeux pour les enfants), villa taranto et ses spendides jardins à Pallanza (verbania), Stresa (pour monter au Mottarone ou visiter les îles Borromées) est à 20 min de voiture . Départ de nombreux ferries depuis Intra et Pallanza. Nous avons 2 petites filles de 2.5 ans et 5.5 ans et elles se sont régalées! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Giordano (qui nous a prévu notamment un petit panier garni (gâteaux secs et biscuits apéritifs), merci! une très bonne adresse donc (la salle de bain - même si fonctionnelle- mériterait peut être un petit coup de fraîcheur)

Superbe sejour au bord du lac majeur Nous avons ete accueillis tres chaleureusement par Alberto. Joli appartement, avec une cuisine flambant neuve. Nos 3 ados ont bien apprecie la salle de jeu avec baby, table de ping pong et flechettes. Le jardin est bien agréable, nous etions en avance pour l ouverture de la piscine mi mai! . Avons profité pour visiter Milan (1h de route) , ainsi que les Iles Borromees, sous un soleil de Paques et la douceur du climat du lac. Merci pour ce break Ciao e grazzie mille Alberto

Prachtige prive locatie
We hebben hier een heerlijke week gehad. Super om een prive zwembad te hebben en een omheinde tuin voor onze hond. De locatie is te ver van het centrum om te lopen, dus dat moet met de auto, maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. De eigenaars zijn super vriendelijk en het appartement schoon en netjes. Elke ochtend komt de 1 van de twee vriendelijke tuinmannen zijn taken doen. De eigenaars zaten in onze week een paar dagen in hun eigen appartement naast het onze. Zij maken dan ook gebruik van het zwembad en het terrein. Erg vriendelijke mensen! Deze locatie biedt je heel veel ruimte, een coole speelzaal met tafeltennis en tafelvoetbal, een prive zwembad en tuin. Verbania (opgedeeld in Intra en Pallanza) is verder een leuke plaats met diverse eettentjes en winkeltjes. Vooral de wijnbar in Intra is een aanrader!

Très bonne localisation et très beau cadre pour des vacances plus qu'agréables

È quello che cercavamo, location, cordialità e relax.
Tutto secondo le nostre aspettative. Appartamento a misura d'uomo. Bello il parco con piscina, molto sfruttabile e la posizione a pochi minuti dal lago. Ideale come base per escursioni oppure per rilassarsi nel bel giardino. Tutto ok.
