Beautiful place at Lake Como
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s apartment. It was even nicer in person than in the photos. The view of the lake was amazing from all the windows, it's amazing to have a shower with a view. We had some rainy days while we were there, but we didn’t mind too much because you could just sit and watch the lake from the huge windows in the living room, and also from the balcony that has a small roof so you can step out there even in rainy weather. The apartment has a wood pellet stove, which was very nice to have since we didn’t have such good weather. The kitchen is equipped with anything and everything you could need. Andrea was very kind and helpful, and it was very easy to communicate with him through WhatsApp. Overall it was an amazing stay, we would absolutely stay here again.

Beatiful view and location
The apartment is located in a area known as Vercana. The host/property manager is always willing to help with with issues which may arise during your stay which includes areas to visit, park and restaurants. The apartment itself has the amenties required for a family of 4 with plenty of room and the view is amazing. I saw a different view of the lake and mountains everyday. Thanm you Andrea for letting us stay in the apartment.

Alptraum!
Der Vermieter hat uns nicht darüber informiert, dass eine umfangreiche Straßenbausanierung unmittelbar vor der Wohnung stattfindet. Der Lärm war unerträglich! Wir sind nach einem Tag geflüchtet, da die Baumaßname noch lange anhalten wird. Ich kann aus beruflichen Gründenund die Situation fachgerecht einschätzen!

Großzügige Ferienwohnung mit sensationellem Ausblick

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser geräumigen und sehr sauberen Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Blick über den See ist traumhaft. In der Küche ist alles in vorhanden was man zum Kochen braucht. Das Wohnzimmer hat große Fenster mit herrlichem Blick auf den See. Ein bequemes Sofa und einen Fernseher mit deutschem Programmen. Das Auto kann direkt am eingezäunten Grundstück geparkt werden. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Andrea, herzlichen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub. Spektakuläre Aussicht in drei Himmelsrichtungen
In einem völlig untouristischen Dorf über dem Como-See landeten wir in einem außergewöhnlich geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus mit vielgestaltig angelegtem Garten des kongenialen Hausherrn Andrea, dessen intelligente und unaufdringliche Hilfsbereit- und Gastfreundschaft alles übertraf. Der Ausblick aus den großen Fenstern oder vom Balkon aus auf den See mit den teils bizarren Berg- und Felsmassiven war Weltkino pur! Die Räume geräumig genug, um sich als Vierermannschaft individuell zurückziehen zu können. Das eine oder andere – insbesondere, was die Küchengerätschaften betraf – fehlte, wurde aber von Andrea sofort besorgt oder wenige Minuten später mannigfach "geliefert". Alles in allem zwei tief berührende Wochen, in denen die totale Ruhe, die Möglichkeiten in den beiden Nachbardörfern unten am See geeignete Badestrände... und auch für mich als leidenschaftlicher Koch und Gourmet-Sympathisant bemerkenswerte Restaurants in naher Umgebung zu finden, ein Leichtes war. Bleibt das dicke Danke an Andrea. Er und sein Domizil machen, dass ich so bald als möglich wieder in dieses Haus mit den zwei Wohnungen zurückkommen werde... im März nächsten Jahres. Dann allein und mit der Vorfreude auf die genial eingerichtete untere Wohnung!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung war ganz wunderbar und ist ganz traumhaft am Berg mit Blick auf den See gelegen. Der Vermieter spricht auch deutsch und ist bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Von der Wohnung aus, kann man zu Fuß (sehr bergig) oder mit dem Auto die Umgebung erkunden, im nahen Ort Domaso kann man baden und findet überall schöne Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung und Lage
Sehr freundlicher Empfang des Gastgebers, perfekte Lage und Aussicht zum See. Grosser Balkon und Garten. Die Wohnung hat alles was man auch zu Hause braucht und bei Fragen ist der Gastgeber sofort zur Stelle, immer wieder gerne. Und was in der Gegend wohl nicht so üblich ist, ist ein privater Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. DANKE.

GRANDIOS..PERFEKT..AUSSERGEWÖHNLICH...
GRANDIOS ist vor allem die fantastische Aussicht auf den See und die umliegenden Berge. Abends vom gedeckten Balkon bei einem guten Glas Wein grosses Kino...also 15 von 10 Punkten!! PERFEKT die erhöhte Hanglage des Hauses und der wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Garten. Eine grüne Oase mit div. mediteranen Pflanzen, Kräutern und Obstbäumen sowie Beeren zum selber pflücken...ganz toll auch für Kinder. STILLVOLL eingerichtete, sehr saubere und grosszügige FeWo (obere Whg.) mit geschmackvoller Möbilierung und vielen schönen Bildern. In Küche/Bad ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. AUSSERGEWÖHNLICH nett und hilfsbereit ist Andrea, der Vermieter. Mit viel Engagement bemüht er sich um das Wohl seiner Gäste, ist jederzeit erreichbar, aber nie aufdringlich. Er gab uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, gutes Essen etc. Genau so schön sollten Ferien immer sein...wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. DANKE Andrea für den gemütlichen Abend mit hervorragendem Wein!!

Sensationelle Lage und Aussicht,
Die Wohnung hat wirklich einen atemberaubenden, unverstellten Ausblick auf den See. Morgentliches Frühstück, Yoga, Sundowner alles wunderbar, sowohl auf dem Balkon, als auch vom Wohnzimmer aus. Sogar von der Küche aus hat man einen super Blick auf den See. Sehr ruhige Lage, bis auf Hundegebell ;-), wir hatten aber auch eine sehr ruhige Bewohnerin in der unteren Wohnung. Der Garten wird gerade erweitert und neu angelegt, sodass man selbst hinter dem Haus, auf der Liege liegend einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See hat. Nachdem wir dann am dritten Tag gemerkt hatten, dass der Pelletsofen auch auf Stufe 5 zu schalten geht, wurde die Wohnung (Anfang April) auch richtig kuschelig warm und es gab mehr als genug Pellets (welche auch nicht gezählt (der Verbrauch nicht kontrolliert) wurde (wie man es von anderen Anbietern aus Italien schon gehört hat). Im Gegensatz zu anderen Bewertungen fanden wir die Anfahrt alles andere als "abenteuerlich". Wir hatten uns auf das Schlimmste eingestellt, geht aber wirklich wunderbar! Auch mit großem Auto. Andrea ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter Host. Ein- und Auschecken war absolut problemlos und bei Fragen hat er sofort per SMS geantwortet und / oder kam vorbei, wenn wir ihn brauchten.

Schöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht
Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder inkl. Hund. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Alles war sauber. Die Küche ist klein, aber mit den notwendigen Dingen eingerichtet. Das Elternbett hat eine gute (harte) Matratze. Schöner großer und eingezäunter Garten. Vor dem Grundstück ist eine grüne Wiese, auf welcher der Hund sein "Geschäft" erledigen kann. Andrea ist super nett, gibt Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Im Ort gibt es einige Restaurants und Einkaufsläden, man muss also nicht ewig fahren, wenn man keine Lust dazu hat. Alles in Allem ein sehr entspannter Urlaub.
