It was the nicest room I stayed at during my cross-Canada road trip. My only complaint is that there was no EV charging.

Nice hotel with broken elevator.
Stay was good. Nice room friendly staff, good breakfast. But two BAD things elevator was broken, had been broken for 3 months (waiting for parts). Had to walk up 2 long flights of stairs, very painful for my wife who has bad knees. No parking ! We arrived about 9 PM. Parking lot was full. Parking on street in front of hotel was full. Ended up parking in a weird spot in the back lane. Fortunately our car was OK.

Room was showing signs of age. No functioning power outlets by the bed. Bedside lamp poewer sockets had no spring tension for proper contact and one did not work at all. Desk chair back was broken. Door safety latch was missing door piece so could not be used. One wash cloth had mascara stains on it so not sure if the towels were fresh or not. Cable remote buttons are worn and intermittent. Pet hair or dander on bed linen. Watery eyes in the morning.Internet was adequate. Breakfast was good. Elevator was out of service and there didnt seem to be any urgency or concern by staff of this. Check in and check out were quick.

There was never anyone at the counter. I cut myself very badly on a piece of metal sticking out of the air conditioner. The elevator was out of service and my 70 year old parents had to walk up and down to their second floor room because they had nothing accessible.

Limited parking, elevator not working and this seems to be a long standing problem, very old and outdated! Staff is doing the best they can with the building but the management/owners obviously are not willing to do any improvements or upgrades
