Very friendly staff, especially at the front desk! The room they gave us was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The room also had a couch, a desk, a fridge/freezer, and a microwave, They even had some extra complimentary amenities if you needed them. It was a nice touch! We really enjoyed our stay there, and recommended this to others who are traveling. 2 restaurants were near by and you could walk to them. They also had a pool and laundry facilities.

Very clean and comfortable, it was a hot day so we were so happy to walk into a very cold room. First year going to Vernal for Too Broke For Sturgis but we will for sure come back next year and stay at this hotel and tell our friends to do the same.

Will not stay here again. It was not a good experience. It was not at all as described. The place is in serious need of a refresh. In the bathroom had stains and incrusted things that I didn't want to know, the ceiling leaked, the paint was peeling, the fan sounded like a dying dragon, and the picture looked like it was melted. Nothing had been moved and vacuumed behind in what could be years. Stains on furniture. The front desk said they if I had booked straight with them, that breakfast was free even though all the adverts said it was. I only got a coupon for 15% off the restaurant next door. The owner and manager were not professional. The listings said checkout was at 12. They came knocking on my door to get out just after 11. Would not stay there again.

Morning let down
It would have been 5 stars. The place was clean, and very comfortable. But when I went to shower in the morning the water was ice cold. I love a nice hot shower in the morning. If they fix that 5 stars all the way!!!

Surprising large rooms! Plenty big for my family of 5. Loved staying here. Very nice pool as well! Loved the kid pool attached to the larger pool. My family had a blast swimming! My only gripe is that the AC unit in the room didn’t work very well. It said it was at 60 but the room was probably 78 or so. Not the end of the world but would’ve been nice if it worked better.

Not impressed
I don't think I will ever stay here again. The floor were filthy and every time my kids or I got in the shower you could see our black foot prints. Also the bath tub drain was broken and gross stuff would come up out of the drain if you tried to plug it. Super weird you can't watch TV or have phone service until after you have stayed 2 days or more and have to request it. Not impressed!
