I had booked two rooms at Motel 6 across the way and was so disappointed in the property alone, and let me not get into the rooms they provided. No amenities at all (no TV remote, no iron, no bathroom tissue, NO NOTHING) I immediately asked for a full refund!! I then looked for an affordable price in the same area because we were already late for the event, so At Home Inn caught my eye because of the name alone! I then checked to see if there were amenities we needed, and to my surprise, you all had EVERYTHING, INCLUDING BREAKFAST!! I did not look at the pictures because they never correspond with the property in person so I just prayed about it and booked the reservation. Upon arrival, Arlana was utterly PHENOMENAL and that is an understatement!! I am talking about her grammar, her poise, her rapport, JUST EVERYTHING about her. She is an asset to your organization!! Arlana provided the BEST SERVICE I have received in a long time. I sent my grandson to see if she had some paper products for him to eat out of, and he came back and said "Grandma she is very, very professional." He is only nine years old and if he can recognize it ANYONE can. Kudos to you Arlana and how you catered to me and my family. We appreciate it after such disappointment!! Then in the morning, we met Amber from housekeeping, and WOW!! Amber served us and her service was impeccable as well!! She walked through our rooms and released the deposit immediately. First time in decades did I stay at a hotel that did NOT have a hair dryer in the room. You have to request one from the front office and unfortunately they did NOT have one available when needed. Other than that, the room was average and seemed clean enough. Nice that there was a Waffle House within walking distance.

Didn't know that crack dealers and prostitutes were part of the "amenities". Before I got to my room, I was approached by both. I was also blocked getting up the steps by a group of "guests" that refused to move and spent all night hanging out on the steps smoking pot. I stayed one night and cut my stay short to get away from this property. I was charged for the full stay and I expect a refund for the nights I did not stay. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever visited.
