This first floor Unit faces the golf course, 2 bedroom, 1 bath and a queen size sleeping sofa in the living room. Master bedroom has a confortable king size bed, the second bedroom consists bunk beds of three twin size mattresses. Full kitchen and living room area. This condo is equipped with everything you might need for a nice confortable stay. Situated in a resort style community where you are just a few steps from a miles long beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful community with 9 hole golf course, 15 tennis courts, 4 heated pools, hot tubs, kiddies pool, tennis, Bocce ball, shuffle board, racquetball, basket ball, Exercise room, library, and much more. 2 restaurants onsite, including a Tiki-bar by the main pool will make your stay easy , worry free and very convenient.

We do a Sister’s trip every year for the past 4yrs and we pick a different place within Florida every year. This year was fantastic!!! The place was PERFECT!! The place was clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches located a few steps away or others a few miles away. The town was lovely and the food selection too. Perfect!! You need to visit the manatee observation. We timed it perfectly by accident and it was mating season. We saw 1female and 10 males. Awesome! We will visit again!!

Alicia was very responsive. The place meant all our needs and than some. Had plenty of beach chairs/toys, games, fully stocked kitchen and a clean place, was even nicely decorated inside for Christmas! We really enjoyed our stay!

Alicia was amazing, always responded quickly in a warm and friendly manner. The condo was beautiful, spotless and had all the amenities you could ask for for cooking and entertainment. Beach, fitness center, restaurant and pool were an easy walk. Unfortunately I left behind a new pair of expensive shoes and Alicia did her best to track them down. However, the temporary housekeeper taking the place of her regular cleaner threw them away despite Alicia's policy is to keep items for one week. :( Love the condo and really appreciated Alicia's great communication and would be happy to return.

We really liked staying at Ocean Village. Very friendly community. The main pool was closed for renovations, so that was a bummer. The condo was clean and well stocked, but is starting to show some signs of wear. Very good communication from the host. Would definitely return to Ocean Village. Thank you!

Completely organized & clean 1st floor condo/apartment located directly on the golf course in a gated community w/ so many amenities that you don't even have to leave the complex to relax & have fun! I loved everything about this unit & the location. It was so well thought out. The owner provided welcome snacks, a book that covers everything you need to know, provided a bicycle, games, beach towels, golf clubs, tennis rackets.....I could go on & on! Wow! I have been using VRBO for many years and for the most part been very lucky but this time took the cake....Literally!! We arrived Friday afternoon for a long birthday weekend to a lovely unit in Ocean Village. Alicia gave perfect instructions for checking in, directions and departure. She really outdid herself by providing a cake mix, eggs butter, pan, frosting and candles. Did I mention the balloon and birthday tiara?!?!? The condo itself was clean, comfortable and extremely well stocked. We did play the nine hole course which was just delightful. We took in the Ft Pierce Outdoor Market at the Marina on Saturday morning. This being our second time here we went to visit our friends at the upstairs bar at the restaurant. Amanda, Jessica, Sam, Josh and Stephanie did not disappoint. WE WILL BE BACK!! Thanks again for a great birthday!!

Perfect location for college search along the East coast of Florida! Condo was clean and good size for a couple and 1-2 children. Property was beautifully maintained with everything you need to stay for a weekend or a month!! Pool was beautiful and everyone was super friendly! Host Alicia was quick to respond to minor glitch on the thermostat which was fixed in seconds! Highly recommend this condo and area!
