I was able to check in at 11am instead of 4pm which was really nice. Only complaint is Room service didn’t knock and just walked in my room as I was getting dressed, there was also a bunch of hair in our shower. Other than that, the rooms are very nice as well as the lobby.

Nice rooms with ocean view and balcony right on the beach, comfortable beds/pillows, excellent customer service from front desk personnel. Only negative was the service from pool bar attendant as well as bar food.

The stay was nice except out mattress was worn out. We spoke with staff after first night about the mattress and she just said they were all fairly new and the same. On check out, we mentioned again and this person was helpful and said she would get someone up there to check it out. The view was wonderful over water.

What a wonderful little hidden gem! We will come back to this adorable hotel again. Having an ocean view with a balcony is the way to go. Listening to the waves was incredible.

No video surveillance and my car was hit. Pretty sure it was a hotel service vehicle due to paint color match. Very noisy and could not sleep due to parties and unsupervised teens roaming the halls. Sleepy evening desk attendant simply did not want to be at his post. Beach rental guy was best of the property—but be aware the resort fee only covers wifi and parking- chair and everything else are extra costs.
