Everything was new, nice, and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly, but we booked 2 rooms and the tv was not connected to the internet in wither room. My boyfriend was with us who is tech savvy and he could not figure out why it wasnt working. Front desk said there was no maintenance person on site that evening so there was nothing they could do except put us in 2 other rooms. However, we were there for my daughter's 16th birthday sleepover and already had her room completely decorated. We were banking on being able to stream movies for the girls at night, but that was impossible. They did not offer a discount or refund of any sort. That is my only complaint.

Tv did not work

TV did not work during our Stay. Had maintenance up, worked on it for over half hour and still did not fix. No maintenance on staff between 7 pm and 7 am. Found a bug in the room. Otherwise very nice place.

Judy, the evening front desk associate was wonderful. Responsive to our requests and needs. The continental breakfast was good. A nice variety that changed daily. Well stocked and attended. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Off the main road hust enough to be enjoyable. Nice pool and facilities. We stayed a week and was nice to be able to do our laundry on site! All the staff was courteous and pleasant. I would definitely recommend staying here

Still have an ongoing issue

Still need refund for the first night which so far I am being refused . I purchased travel insurance through hotels.com and this company is not abiding by the travel insurance policy due to my flight being delayed and re routed.

Staff was friendly, building was clean and updated. Other hotels I normally stay at the breakfast has better options and is open until 10 am at least. We were out of the room daily by 11 am and didn’t return until after 5 pm and the room wasn’t cleaned at all. With a 3 year old and 5 year old this wasn’t great.

Went during hurricane. Was upgraded to handicap room for my 94 year mom. Super nice staff, the hotel was sold out, but put us on waitlist for next day. Got to stay in same room next night. Breakfast was good considering hotel was full, offered eggs, sausage and other choices. 5 stars
