Beautiful lobby, welcome drinks nightly. Room was large. Room came with slippers but no robes. We called and asked for robes and although our room type did not include them, they graciously gave them to us, which was very nice. We had a car and called ahead to make sure that they had parking available because their advertisement said they had an on site parking structure. It was not located at the hotel, which I guess isn’t surprising because you are in the middle of a very old city. it was interesting because one of the hotel staff hops in your vehicle and drives with you about a half a block away to show you where the parking structure is to park. It is a secure parking structure so we were happy about that. Location of the hotel is perfect for shopping and to see Juliet’s Balcony, especially early in the morning before all the tourists arrive - no crowds. Breakfast is amazing.

Wonderful location, beautiful hotel
A quiet break booked just to get away from it all for a few days. Arrival was a warm greeting and it was clear nothing was too much trouble. Room was very comfortable and we had our own Juliet balcony. Fittings and toiletries were well appreciated. Breakfast was easy and a wide variety on offer. All staff were extremely courteous and even remembered our names. Highly recommended
