In Berry, in the village of a 4-flower village near the Château de Valençay, the Beauval Zoo and the Brenne Natural Park or the Châteaux of the Loire, detached house with enclosed and private garden. House nicely and freshly renovated (2020) with taste and very comfortable.
House with single-storey access: fitted kitchen - living room with dining room and lounge - additional separate toilet outside.
On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms each equipped with individual shower room - separate toilet - relaxation room / lounge /
Very pleasant location in a quiet independent area in the village of Veuil not far from the inn and the restaurant
Shaded garden in front of the house on the other side of the path (very little traffic and very quiet) with table and chairs (relaxation area) rest assured.
Enclosed parking in the garden.
