Ideally located between La Roque Gageac and Beynac, above Vezac and less than 10 minutes from Sarlat, this typical natural stone cottage will delight you with its charm and location.
The associated oak forest with two wooden terraces invites children and adults to play and linger. For hiking enthusiasts, a signposted path leads from Beynac to La Roque-Gageac and back along the Dordogne just 50m away the house.
This quiet accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. On the ground floor there is a living room with wood-burning stove, TV and sofa bed (140x200), a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs there is a bathroom with a bathtub and 2 bedrooms. One is equipped with a king size bed (160x200) plus a baby cot (120x60). The second has two separate beds of 90x200. All beds, mattresses, blankets, pillows and the sofa are from May 2022.
Outside, the spacious terrace with a covered barbecue area and two wooden terraces in the private forest plot with meadow invite you to linger.
A garage and a parking area are at your disposal.
A set of sheets and towels is included in the rental price.
A washing machine can be used on request for a fee.
A fee of 15,- per night for heating during the cold season is payable on site.

zauberhafts Häuschen in wundervoller Landschaft
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das zurückhaltend modernisierte Haus mit alten Möbeln hat eine Menge Charme. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist grandios (und man bekommt Besuch von Eidechsen). Viele spannende Orte sind in der Nähe und mit kurzen Wanderungen sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wermutstropfen waren die schwierige Parksituation (für Geübte, die gut mit wenig Platz umgehen können) und daß es nach heißen Tagen unter dem Dach, wo die Schlafzimmer sind, recht warm ist (unten bleibt es kühl). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
