It seems like a pretty old facility. My room looked clean but I did not like the way it smelled. Not sure if it was just the musk of the room or the cleaning material used to clean it but the room did not smell fresh. Power was out at checkin and nothing worked for almost 2 hours so they don't have a back up generator for such emergencies. I did ask for a refund but was told by the front desk clerk that she's not authorized to do so & I'd have to wait 2 days until Monday to speak to the manager. Although I don't know if I'll be given a refund, I found better accommodations elsewhere.

This was a fine good value Best Western. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. Everything was clean. The property is slightly aged but a good value. We stayed 2 nights and did Vicksburg Civil War stuff and enjoyed our stay. We did not need a fancy place. Would stay there again.

Room was clean and staff friendly. Breakfast was decent as well. The drive to the property isnā€™t marked very well. You really need to be on the lookout for it. We missed it on the first try.

Front staff were very nice. Breakfast had a good selection. Very very comfortable bed (best night I slept during my vacation). Down sides are there were stains on floors, tv volume didnā€™t work (thank goodness for tablets), microwave didnā€™t work, and back fence area was unlocked and hung open the entire time (felt a little unsafe to me). Otherwise was a fine stay.
