There are many ways to relax and refresh at this lovely two storey holiday home. Boulevard Café is just a short walk for breakfast or a coffee and cake. For the more adventurous a slightly further walk towards the beach will have you at the ocean on Franklin Parade, where there is a bike track and glorious walk along the sandy beach towards Whalers Dining and The Bluff. Wi-Fi and Linen Included - beds made.

Stepping inside the front door is a spacious open plan living, dining, family area with a direct view to the water. You’ll enjoy comfortable lounges to watch TV or dining for six. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop and oven, tea, coffee and more.
On this level is a third toilet with hand basin, which is by the laundry that includes a washing machine and direct access to the enclosed outdoor area.
Ducted air-conditioning throughout the home.
The property is completely fenced and there is a large double carport at the rear for parking.

A central living area with adjacent three bedrooms and a main bathroom.
