THE SPACE
This new construction home features high end designer finishes throughout. The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need to whip up a gourmet meal. The bedrooms and bathrooms showcase luxurious linens and modern decor. The large 3 car garage and driveway allow for ample parking. You’ll enjoy all the comforts of home (and hopefully more)!

THE LAYOUT
The formal living room, great room, kitchen and master suite are located on the main level. Stunning two-story windows in the great room provide unbeatable views of the golf course.

The upper level features a spacious loft with cozy seating and a big screen Smart TV. There are 3 bedrooms on this level of the home. The largest bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom (second master).

The basement of the home is the perfect place for the family to gather. The large game room provides ample entertainment with a ping pong table, foosball, shuffleboard, and wall-mounted scrabble and tic-tac-toe games. The theater room features over-stuffed leather sofas and a big screen projector TV. Kids and adults will never want to leave!
