Location on Zambezi river is stunning. Sunset cruise leaves from hotel jetty. Some animals in hotel grounds. Staff very polite and helpful. Courtesy bus to town. All in all beautiful.

It really is a unique and beautiful hotel. The staff are all extremely helpful and the ambience is lovely. We were also blessed to have seen an elephant literally almost next to us whilst having a drink in the grounds.

This is a beautiful property. The staff was great. The rooms beautiful. Breakfast and Dining faciliites were very good. We enjoyed High Tea, served as it should be. I would definitely stay here again.

So often you doubt the praises from a traveler. But this hotel deserves all the top stars awards. EVERYONE, literally everyone was so gracious polite and welcoming. From the front desk, to the staff during breakfast, and even the men maintaining the grounds. It should be noted this hotel is secluded from a ā€œtownā€ and clearly designed for families with children. But we absolutely loved our entire experience with Palm River. Loved it

Was good in general, Do you want? The hotel recommended we did the early morning safari in the day of our checkout so that we have plenty of time prior to checkout. The Safari booked by the hotel was a private Safari and it was a disaster because their vehicle broke down which caused delays for the checkout and there was no leniency in terms of checkout by the manager. literally people were standing at our doors to make sure that we come out of the room and that really caused an unsatisfactory ending

Beautiful spot on the Zambezi!
Amazing place right on the Zambezi! New/beautiful construction with clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is incredibly helpful and they are able to arrange and coordinate any activities (guides falls tours, rafting, fishing, day trips to Chobe NP, etc.). Location is only minutes from Victoria Falls (town) and VFNP. Perfect spotā€¦would definitely go back to!

The architecture is fantastic. The location on the banks of the Zambezi is fantastic. The property exudes quality, luxury and comfort. The staff was super friendly and went the extra mile to make us comfortable. Spending time at the hotel was as exciting as going out to do activities and coming back to our room was so satisfying every time. The dining area was particularly epic with the ultra high ceilings and decor fit for royalty, making breakfast in particular, an occasion to look forward to. We would stay here again. Well done Palm River Lodge!
