Book for Summer/Fall. Swim in a private pool or relax on the deck. Enjoy our 1700 sqft. Family Casa located just BLOCKS from shopping and entertainment! (Mall, Sam’s/WalMart, restaurants, cinema, Outlaw Pass Family Park ) Enjoy big beautiful trees on 1/2 acre, with a deck and covered patio . We offer an adult art/puzzle table as well as a great kid’s playroom .
We are pleased to offer our classic vintage home that has been REMODELED to host your visit to Victoria. We named it Casa Victoria hence… we want it to be your home away from home . We have 3 bedrooms -2 baths, Kitchen/dining, Big wash room/pantry and KID'S Play Room :) Casa Vic has 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins & 1 Full Futon sleeper in separate Kid’s Play Room. There is also a couch (not a sleeper) in living area . Additional floor mattress available upon request.

We have included beautiful hand-made touches built by my husband himself! .. pine beds/trim, custom tile and hand-made furniture. We offer our home for families, work-trips and more. We have BIG beautiful trees to look at in our big privacy-fenced back yard with lovely birds (Dove, Blue-Jays and more) Relax on the covered patio or sit by the pool and look at our plants and foliage. We offer ourselves as responsive, kind and accommodating hosts who believe every guest is unique. We also own a grass -fed farm nearby and offer our steaks/meat to Grill on our Charcoal pit. Or bring your own! We WELCOME your well-behaved pet family members with acknowledgment of our pet policy. ( non refundable 89.00 per pet )who can be with you during your stay and also run in our privacy fenced yard . We also welcome work-related stays and have 2 built in work stations with comfy desk chairs and Wi-Fi . Our home has a total of 4 TVs throughout .

Beautiful home! Home was well stocked with anything you may need during our stay. Furniture was made by hand and with love. Beds were super comfortable. The kids loved the pool (and the slide). They have a wooden puzzle for guests to complete during their stay. My husband and I were addicted to the puzzle. It was such a great place to kick back and relax with the kiddos! Our host communicated well and was amazing. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

My wife and I were in town for a graduation party. The host communication was great and timely. The property was close to major roadway for being able to get around quickly. The house was is good condition and was very comfortable. You can see where updates are taking place in the house but it wasn’t messy at all from construction. We very much enjoyed the house.

We were in town visiting family and opted to rent a house instead of a hotel. What a great decision. Not only was it nice to have extra space for our family but it was such a cozy and quiet place to return to every night. The house was comfortable and clean, had conveniences like laundry and coffee, was in a quiet area of town and the owners left us some welcome treats! We even put together one of the beautiful wooden puzzles available. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t warm enough to swim. Super easy check in and check out, and the owners were very communicative. Will definitely look at staying here again in the future. Thank you Tracy and Paul for a great stay!

Super clean interior and quaint place. Host made us feel welcome with lots of little extras such as treats and cold lemonade. The pool was clean and the big trees and deck made it wonderful for relaxing. We were thankful to be able to bring our pets who enjoyed sniffing the big yard and lounging poolside along with us. The beds were comfy and the neighborhood quiet.

So cute, so comfortable, more than expected!
I absolutely loved this house we will definitely be staying here again anytime we pass through town. The location was nice and remote it was perfect very quiet. The yard is huge way bigger than the pictures lead on. The house is immaculate there's tons of space plenty of sleeping room for multiple guests. My son and I absolutely loved the pool. I also really enjoyed all of the small trinkets and puzzles and just beautiful Decor in general it was way more than I could have ever anticipated. Tracy the host is so amazing, she left us little cookies and treats homemade, and all of the little Comforts of home that you could possibly imagine were already there waiting for us. I loved all the little personal touches it really made me feel like I was walking into my own home. I have two dogs that we travel with both emotional support animals and although they are very well trained they absolutely loved the open space and the home was perfect I didn't have to Doggy proof anything. I can't imagine staying at a better place. No hotel could ever top of this location. This was absolutely the perfect listing and I thank you so much Tracy for being such an awesome host. Communicating with you is so easy and effortless and so much fun I really enjoy talking to you you're the greatest. Thank you so much for letting us stay I absolutely will be booking with you again. If you are reading this review do not bypass this listing! You will not be disappointed!

Where do I began? This stay was every bit Amazing: super Clean, Fully Stocked Kitchen, comfortable Beds, quiet neighborhood. The pastries left for us by the host were so tasty with my morning coffee. The Custom woodwork is Gorgeous. The Communication with the host was terrific. The experience was just what we needed. We will definitely book again when we return to town.

Great Family Gathering Place!
With 18-month-old and 5 year old grandchildren, we didn't want to get too far away from home. Our grandson's wish was to swim, ride go-carts and play mini-golf. This home was perfect for a nice family weekend. It was great to have a private pool with a nice deck. There was a dedicated playroom for the kids, full of toys, that they loved! It is right down the road from Outlaw Pass Family Fun Center, which had great go-carts and an awesome min-golf course and arcade. The home was very clean and comfortable and the host very accommodating and responsive. All this proving that you don't have to travel far to have a great time with family!

They don’t take feedback well
The owner sent me several text before we arrived and made it clear that they would do anything to make the stay enjoyable. I purchased some steaks from them and they left them in the fridge for us . We arrived a bit later than expected because I had a work situation come up last minute. When we got there I had a text from the owner asking us to verify when we arrived . When we brought out bag inside , we left them in the kitchen while we unpacked the car . The kitchen has a substantial amount of dog hair on the floor so I vacuumed . There were a few dried drink or food stains on the edge under the table that I saw while vacuuming so I wiped them up , no big deal . I contacted the keener and said we were there and that they place was nice . I asked for a late check out since we arrived late and was willing to pay . The owner said it was no problem for a 1 or 2 hour late check out . Later that night I got into the shower and there was hair and dried soap on the walls ima few places . At that point it was like 11:45 pm . I got out of the shower and went to make a drink in the kitchen and there was dog hair on the counter as well . It was late so obviously I didn’t say anything. Keep in mind the owner told me that they want feedback and no concern is too small . In the morning I did text her that the hair in the shower and dog hair in the kitchen made me a bit uncomfortable and question if it had been cleaned . The owner went on a rant and harassed us via Vrbo over our feedback .

Lovely Oasis in Victoria
I CANNOT say enough good things about Tracy and her VRBO home! Everything was perfect; immediate communication before & during our stay, seamless check in/check out, farm fresh eggs, homemade cookies & lemonade awaiting our arrival. AND a hand written note, a dying piece of class, for sure! The home is fantastic! Very clean & comfy. We were a party of 7, two families with 3 boys ages 11-14. Plenty of space for lounging, sleeping, playing, eating and cooking. The outdoor pool and patio area was AWESOME! The neighborhood was quiet and safe, perfect for an evening or early morning stroll. We will book with Tracy again and so should you!
