Great stay...check-in lady last night was super! Friendly and very helpful about where to go for food. She was also very accommodating to our request. Room was very clean and comfortable.

I was extremely impressed by this hotel room and it staff I don’t care what hour of the day I went down to get assistance with something and not one staff member was cranky or cruel. Everybody was happy upbeat and extremely helpful. I love this place.

Staff was extremely friendly. Property was clean and maintained. Had some small issues with our AC making noises that weren’t normal but all in all we would stay again and others should feel comfortable staying as well.

The entire hotel had a serious acrid funk that wasn't isolated to the room we stayed in. We didn't comment or request another room because it was pretty clear that they'd all smell that way. I'm not sure what happened to the property, perhaps water intrusion during a storm, but they haven't done enough to fix the issue. The rest of the facility was acceptable, but next time we're in Victoria, we'll find another hotel.

Worth the stay
There is more than one La Quinta hotel in Victoria. This is the one I recommend. Always clean. Always a good breakfast. Reasonable pet fee. Desk clerk has list of restaurants that delivery if you don't feel like going out after a long day on the road or there's fast food across the street.
